Aaron and corey best service I’ve ever had
They have gone to a call center. When I asked the lady where they were located she said “back of the store”. Lie. Will not be ordering from them any more. If they can’t employ local help to just answer phones, they don’t need my business.
My pizza has always been good from here and the store looks clean. Employees were friendly. Nothing bad to say!
Terrible call center service. Have them connect me to store and they hang up on me. Completely Terrible... normally order in person to avoid call center but didn't have time today. Good luck! I'm sure you are losing a lt of business.
Called to place an order, the “call center” picked up and said they couldn’t take my order, and told me to wait on the line. Someone then answered and said “can you please have the call center take you order” then hung up on me. Lost an order.
I will never order from here again. My pizza was super soggy and not from grease. My popper bites had a hair stuck in the label and the hair went inside the box. I opened it up and it was under one of the poppers and the other side was attached under the label. This place is going downhill BAD. Disgusted. The managers kept arguing saying it wasn’t soggy and that it was from grease and normal. I’ve not seen a pizza from any of these awful chain joints even look this bad.

Will not order again. Phone calls are automative and they now forward you to a call center to order. If so busy you can’t pick up the phone then hire more staff. Create local jobs!
Forgot pic's, but it was **okay**, the new papadilla's are not allllll that great. Pepperoni/Meatball pizza was pretty good.
Was in there a couple days ago and the guy that was cashing people out went over and started messing with pizza and DIDNT WASH HIS HANDS
