Just placed an online order. Received an email that the order was cancelled. Called the store and their "ovens are down". Gimme a break... Not ordering again...
When you call to place a order now you get transferred to a foreign person that you can't understand. ? EVERY TIME !
Pizza cold, employee said "and that's my problem?" and walked away when I said something. Garlic cup was also split open, but the large man in the red shirt with glasses didn't want to listen. He was too busy talking with another employee working and just turned his back on me. Won't be back.
Horrible customer service. Pizza was cold, and when asked about it being cold, the employee said " not my problem" and waved me away. That employee should be let go for his lack of courtesy to a long time (35 yrs)customer.
Always a relief to know that the friendly staff at Papa Johns will take care of me when I don't feel like cooking. A special shout out to manager Annika...she's the best!
We ordered 6 pizzas for Christmas. They were very good and ready on time.
Not only are they cheat on ingredients but also on customer service! Check your order before you leave on pick up. My advice is not to waste your time and money, go somewhere else...
Called in dinner for pick up. Food was ready upon arrival. Discount was available online. Staff was friendly. Provided napkins and plates as well.

I can’t speak for the food rather the ordering process is awful. Tried placing an order on line but but I couldn’t because the store was closed (I wanted to pick it up at 11 or 11:15 (store opens at 10). I waited until after 10 to place my order and it won’t take my cc saying my address was wrong yet there was no place to enter my address so how could it be wrong. After screwing around with that for 30 mins I called to place my order, sadly the ladies English was so poor I couldn’t understand but half of what she was saying. Then to finish she told me that due to the size of my order I couldn’t pick it up at 11:15 but rather 11:30 (I buying the lunch for a meeting at my office….. which starts at 11:30!). Overall this will be my last purchase at this Papa John’s!
