Std McDonalds. Went in for breakfast. No problems. Did not use restroom. No comment there. Lobby seemed clean.

The associate who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a gift card that was empty and she told how I could refill it and was kind enough to do so. The Egg McMuffins we had were the best we've had in a long time.
I tried to use a receipt survey coupon for a free McChicken. The manager wanted to argue with me and not accept my coupon since there was no purchase necessary to use it. She argued that their receipts were buy one get one free for a quarter pounder at that store. I told her I know what receipts they give, but this was different and no purchase was necessary. She begrudgingly gave me my free sandwich. Very poor customer service.
Had a coupon for Buying get on free, Quarter Pounder w Cheese, they were good( had to pull over&wait) but $4.39 for fries,,,,,, WOW
Onions were not asked for, but were put on anyway. Another time I asked for chicken nuggets sauce and got the wrong one. Staff is rude and they don't wear proper uniforms, but Hawaiian button shirts with no hats. If you go here check your order even though they said there is no way we did not put something in there because we check our orders I have not gotten some of the things I'd asked for. When I asked for those items they refused to give me them. And a refund. I've been a manager of a fast food restaurant for a long time and regardless if a customer has or hasn't received an item or not, I'd go ahead and give them another one/remake it for them because happy customers come back and the store is not out anything. Most of it gets wasted and I'd rather have someone eat it then for it to be counted in the trash. I will not be coming back here and if you're thinking about going here don't. There's a reason it's 3.4 stars out of a thousand reviews.
there is a young girl here and she has been caught spitting in drinks, causing problems, starting fights, and is an immature brat nonetheless..... anytime we come in she always does something and ive contacted corporate and nothing is done and when i called the store she posed as a mngr..... i have not been here since and wont til she is removed!
Great service, excellent staff. I go often enough for breakfast that we all recognize each other. :-)
