Food was hot and fresh. Lacked taste for some reason. Fries were hot but not hardly any salt. Milkshake was really good, finally the machine was working. The drive thru is horrible, was in line for 27 minutes, most of which was spent after I ordered.
What's the point? Nothing we say will ever change the extreme incompetence of McDonald's staff. They want $15/HR but can't put a simple sandwich together or read the order in front of their eyes. Like I said, nothing will ever be done to these stores. Making billions, they can stand to lose business. Ugh.

The food is always fresh from this McDonald's! They also always get the special orders correct and that is a rare thing for fast food! This and the north side McDonald's are the best ones in Kokomo.
Took An Half an hour to Get my drinks after food was already handed out didn’t make one of my drinks right it was supposed to be a Carmel iced coffee and they gave us a Mocha Frappe tried giving us 2 old melted shakes like come on do better
This is a review of the one on Sycamore. It's always been good. Lost a star because the people at the first drive thru window can be rude. Frequently. Give me my food, keep your attitude.
Food was awesome ?, my toddler however almost stepped on broken glass that was spread throughout the play area. We had to voice the concern and they didn't even sweep it entirely up so be wary with kids if you plan to visit for the playplace. Sad they can advertise its open now with shattered glass and gross floors for toddlers and kids to be introduced too.
Gives you food then makes you pull up and wait 15 mins for a shake while food gets cold. Service below average
Always short staffed and not 24 hours as they say ... they close early... sucks working till 2 am and going out of the way to get there to be closed or say we're only serving drinks ..
This is the closest McDonald's to were I live unfortunately, it doesn't matter if there is 1 car in line or 20, your going to be in that line for a long time as if they had to go get the cow and slaughter it on every order, every time I'm here I get moved up to a waiting window, if not to the parking spots to the side if they are not already full of people waiting, it's frustrating waiting so long to get an order wrong every time to, but at that point you don't care and just want to leave and not wait another round for them to fix what's wrong.. only rated 1 star because I had to.. don't even deserve that
