The children's high seats are absolutely disgusting and totally unusable. Plenty of employees doing nothing but the cleaning still doesn't happen.
Staff was great and very helpful but the food was dry and not hot or made to order
I got the app for McDonald's so you order online for points and its ready when get there curbs side or drive-thur or inside. Love their chicken nuggets and the deals off the online Apps.
They have improved so much. They have gotten faster with their drive through. A few months ago I would stop by and they would only alternate every few minutes. The crew members and managers are friendly, morning and evening shifts. I now use the mobile app and I get my food within 10 minutes of placing my order.
3 stars not fair to reflect on this location, just wish the McD's app was up to par and worked better. Dissapointing to plan ahead and order so it's ready, due to limited lunch time, but wait longer than you would if you just waited in drive thru with all others.
I ordered curbside. Waited about 15-20 minutes. Get home notice that they shorted me on a small fry and a large fry. Went back noticed that there were still cars in the drive-through so I pull up in the managers letting the crew in to work on the inside of McDonald’s because they’re under renovation. The manager was very spiteful and rude in the evening time tonight I let her know that my food was messed up but she said you’ll have to worry about it in the morning there’s nothing I can do and then shut the door. At this point I was bawling my eyes out because I was so upset. I am now going to be speaking to corporate in the morning for her actions!
Joe dirt at the first window shouldn't be in customer service (fast food) ??he needs to stick with dungeons and dragons because he couldn't get a simple order correct. Large fry and a large sprite came out with a small fry and large coke
Though I have had so many not so great experiences with this specific McDonald's, I like to give credit where it is due.Today's order went fantastic! I had two different people come to my car as I did curbside. (My first time) I assume it was a manager that came out the first two times. Explained a few things and returned back inside. Came out a couple minutes later and handed me my Frappe. Explained the food would be out soon. 2 minutes later a young man came to my window and handed me my things after making sure I had my complete order. Way to be on point! Super pleasantly pleased with this visit!
Every single time we go here.... It's terrible, specifically the employees and a manager when they forgot a drink and fries. The window was open and I could hear her. She was more concerned about how the order of the cars and said well "she'll just have to wait until I'm ready because she lying anyway" wow. I couldn't believe it. It's not like I ever left the window. I didn't get my drink! This was about 4pm on a weekday. Idk who they were. I just know I've given some many chances to this restaurant due to the closeness to our home. But enough is enough.
I gave them a 1 because there wasn't a zero. Don't even consider it if you have somewhere to be. Their service is so slow it's measured in geologic time. There are glaciers that move faster.
