Sausage McMuffin was not good. If they are going to use the wrong egg on the sandwich they should let the customer know. If I would have known this, I wouldn't have gotten my food at this McDonald's.
I’m standing in line at the counter and everyone just stares at me instead of taking my order. So I finally place it on the computer. Still not acknowledged just started at. Then I ask for 2 cups and the girl tells me she isn’t allowed to give me cups bc she isn’t on the clock. Well maybe somebody on the clock should be doing their job then. I work in customer service in the food industry and I would never treat customers that way! I still gave 2 stars only bc my kids had fun in the play place.
Their hours say theyre open at 5 am but half the time the staff says they don't open until 6...usually after waiting at least 10 minutes. If they're not going to be taking orders until 6 am then they need to update their hours!
The owners must not be locals….otherwise they would realize how much of a disservice the night shift is at this location. After first pulling up to the drive thru….you get the expectation they want you to drive away - it’s just after 3am and there’s no cars ahead of me, yet I waited for almost 5 mins before anyone even greeted me over the intercom!!!?“We can only take cash” “Sorry we’re out of that” and if you do get “lucky’’ and order something they can’t pretend their out of, they will ensure you wait no less than 30 mins for your order with no cars ahead of you in their drive thru!!! What a joke, please just close down rather than offer this kind of service! Your night shift is LITERALLY running off your customers :/
Horrible! Wait at least 10 minutes to even have someone take your order and then wait another 20-30 to get your food even if it was just one thing. And it doesn’t matter if you’re the only one in line, they still take that long.
One of the most courteous McDonald's I've ever been to. Even the other customers were nice. Kudos
Usually have pretty good luck with this McDonald's. Always good service, store is clean and staff is for the most part very friendly.
Offering 15$ an hour to employees and still can't get a simple order right.... check your food before you drive off... update... came back today went in instead of the drive through waited 20 minutes atthe counter before anyone came to take my order when I showed them the receipt and told them I talked to Emily the manager who said she would replace what was wrong the person at the counter didn't know how to ring it up so I had to wait another 15 minutes for Emily to come out of the back to ring it up... took another 10 minutes to get my food... 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins and a hash brown.... atleast it was hot when I got it 45 min after waiting.... need new management
Went to dine in. Both bathroom's we're dirty. Wife asked to have T.P. put in the women's side. They didn't give a.... My wife took napkins..... We left & ate somewhere else. Need I say more !!!!!
Went to this location at 440 am, sat at the speaker for 455 and they gave me an excuse that their headset died????? I pulled up as someone was ordering ahead of me. Regardless, y’all don’t have extra batteries? Crazy. Waited another 6 mins for my food. I was the only one in line.
