I absolutely love this place! I have yet to eat at a bad McAlister's every one i go to is really good! I highly recommend eating here! great food, very clean,friendly people and really good service. Just awesome all around!
My daughter loves this place and her food always looks good, but I can't eat a lot of the things due to my own allergies, so the few times I've been I've gotten the potato.. they seem like they sit out for hours before being served. The skin is inedible and the middle really isn't creamy or very good either. For as much as you pay, I would expect more.
Let me start by saying that I love McAlister’s, however, the food at this location is hit and miss. We go nearly every week, and sometimes the food is excellent, and other times the food is lacking. The service has definitely gone downhill in the last few years, and we often find the staff to be rude and unhelpful. The staff used to move about the restaurant checking on customers and providing refills, but this has not happened at all the last several times we have been there. When you make eye contact with a staff member (because your tea is empty), they run the other way.
Went for lunch. BLT sandwich was very good. Bacon was nice and not over done. Spud Max was loaded with toppings. Sweet tea is the best in town.
My first time ever being here and I absolutely loved it ! It was buzzing. Super busy. Fast service. Great menu. We sat outside with it being 70 degrees out and basking in it while it lasted. My 1 year old loved his kids pizza so much he got it everywhere and was licking his fingers. I had a spicy chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli. Broccoli was easy to eat. It was delicious! And my sandwich! I've never had so many flavors at once. They definitely came together with the cheese. I'm going to definitely be back. I'm so happy I came. I've been hearing it on the radio for a few years. This experience was all around amazing for my family!
I just witnessed a customer return a order because it was the wrong order. The manager with a southern rock hat on didn’t trash the order she placed it back on the counter. I will not be returning that’s disgusting and very unprofessional COVID is still around.
Lunch time visit. Four of us from work. We got in got out and didn't feel rushed. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold. Decent portions. I didn't pay but the prices on the menu didn't seem bad either. I had chicken dumpling soup and a club sandwich.

okay food but they hire all teens who have zero interest in being there. Quick to take orders but long wait at times to get food. Seems like they don't have that flow figured out to well and overwhelm kitchen with orders.
One of the best 3 course meals I've ever had at any restaurant happened at this location.
