I was disappointed with the service or lack there of.The meatball sandwich was served with sliced weird flavored "meatballs". Not a big round meatball in sight.Don't bother with the boneless chicken wings either, yuk.They table we sat at while waiting for our food was dirty and greasy.It also would have been nice if they turned on the A.C in June too.I would like to give them another try, perhaps order pizza but I really was turned off by the whole experience.
Always have loved this place but tonight they seemed to show me their true colors. We ordered over $60 food and my buddy went to pick it up came back and they had forgot my sandwich. Well Instead if wanting to make it right they doubled down and called my buddy that went to get it a liar and said we did get the sandwich. a business calling him/me a liar when I’m going hungry at work really turned me off to the way the handle themselves. If you go here make sure to check your order before you leave it you’ll be out money and accused of being a liar.
Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for my sandwich while observing the server bringing food to people who had come in the restaurant after me. I went to the counter; told the girl that I understood they were busy and short staffed, but when I asked for my sandwich, she said she had already delivered my sandwich and I told her I didn’t get it and she was quite angry and argumentative. After a minute it was clear that I wasn’t going to get my sandwich, so I sat back down with my party of 7, and a lady from another table came up to our table and said my sandwich had been delivered to her table. A lady from my table went to the counter to explain what happened and the worker brought out my sandwich. I totally get that she was frustrated, but she was extremely rude. I was trying to be nice from the get go. Even over tipped, told her she was hanging in there, etc. My first and last time there.
I was looking forward to a Grinder since there is not one in Indy. I did an online order while I was in town I had limited time and arrived 10 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. No one was at the counter and I was at the counter for 5 minutes before someone was able to help me. They explained they got really busy at the time of my online order and Haven't started it yet. Said it would be another 20 minutes. I was limited on time as I was passing through so I asked to cancel and a refund. Initially they were said they could but then said since it was an online order they have to call their boss. They were not happy I said I still wanted to cancel. They tried calling their boss but the boss was not available. I am still waiting for my cancelation and I have to get the credit card company involved to get the cancelation 3 days later.

I had my first meal here yesterday afternoon. I purchased the seafood and crab 16 inch grinder. Best meal I ever ordered! Staff was so friendly! Place was tidy and clean. I loved it so much I came back for dinner and got the same thing! I plan on eating here for lunch today. A+ place.
tried to call in a order 25 minutes before close and got a Verizon message that this number was busy and could not take calls at this time. So I drove there on my way to work. got there 15 minutes before close for them to tell me that they were not anymore because they were closing. I am unfamiliar with this set up. all the other places I know work up until close. they were however filling carryout orders. However, since they stop answering the phone at least 25 minutes before close that doesn't help much either. So they have lost this customer. And I will be sure to share this with my family and on my personal fb page. With the way I was treated I don’t think this is a place that Ppl need to spend their hard earned $. It is obvious that they don't care.
Pizza has entirely too much cheese and crust is soggy to my taste, but the service was good.
This sub/pizza shop is a proud supporter of local sports teams, as you can tell when walking in the door. The staff were very friendly and the tables were tidy. I ordered a Greek Grinder-- let me tell ya, these are PILED with the choice fillings! A mountain of meat and veggies, and smothered with cheese! I would absolutely order the Greek again.
Ordered from here once, had to get a refund due to the long thick black hair in my Calzone.Didn't even take one bite. Very disgusted. When I went to return the food, I recieved no apology, however the person who was cookings hair was now up (it was not before) I kinda feel like that should be protocol if you're around food.Had a bad feeling about this place, should've trusted my instincts
