This place is a joke paid nearly paid nearly 60 dollars for food on the app went to pick when it said it was ready. And had to wait almost 20 minutes. Then they came and handed me the food and I left got home it was only old chicken tendersWith I ordered the 16 piece extra crispy chicken with 4 large sides and 8 biscuitsIt was horrible never ever going there again. Rude staff! Items missing from order.Rude staff! Went in for a family dinner and not one, but 2 rude employees kept repeating that you could only come in for online orders. I would understand if they wouldn't have had a rude and hateful tone. I was ready to just leave and order pizza, but my roommate decided to go through the drive through where once again we encountered another rude employee. Will not be back to this location.When arriving home we realized that we didn't get any of the sauces they asked of we wanted.

This is the second time I have been to this KFC location and get home and my order is incorrect. It isn't like it was busy. I ordered each time the 3 piece chicken with 2 breast and 1 wing and ordered extra crispy. Received one breast and a wing extra crispy and each time looks like a neck attached to the breast and definitely not extra crispy with only half skin on it and very greasy. Also no butter for biscuit. I tried calling the phone number listed each time and no one ever answers. I would think that with the competention of a new chicken establishment you would want to do better. You have lost my business. Didn't pay almost 10 dollars to get slop.

This review is for 1523 S. Reed Rd location in Kokomo, IN - Very disappointing. Placed online order for mother’s day lunch. Received notification the order would be late..which is understandable since it is such a busy day. Arrived at location and walked in to pickup order. Person said the order was canceled. Showed him the order on our phone and he flipped his screen to show us it was canceled on his side. No reason and no explanation. Then he said dining was closed. We had to get in the drive thru line if we needed to order food. The line was several cars long but we had no choice at this point. Waited over 30 minutes in drive through to place and get the order. Contacted customer service while we waited in line. The agent couldn’t explain why the order canceled and could not provide any compensation. She said she would notify leaders who may contact us later. Chicken was cold, dry and sides had smaller portions in containers. Extremely disappointed the app or some notification wasn’t sent to notify us KFC canceled the order. We would have made other plans. If it notified us of the order being late, why couldn’t it tell is it was canceled?!? We are very disappointed the person at the location wasn’t empowered to provide our order WITHOUT forcing us to sit in a long line causing us to be late. Clearly he saw we had an order that no longer existed. It seems the easiest thing to do would be take the order again and give us the food. We are also disappointed the customer service analyst isn’t empowered to provide some sort of compensation to unhappy customers. Everyone seems very limited in their abilities to do the right thing. At this point, we are hopeful a leader will contact us to explain and maybe make things better. If they do, we will update this review.

We ordered take out for 15 people. 3 buckets and the sides and the food was great! It was hot, fresh and tasted delicious ! Great service!

(Not chicken tenders ) white meat yes.Slightly larger than a nugget.!Served cold and dryFrench frys also cold and mushy.Cold biscuit needed honey or something!Choked on this dry cold mess.We will never EVER ..return to KFC .

Love KFC chicken dinners. Just wish I had one of their stores in my town. Have to go 20 miles to get a good tasty meal.

Customer service was bad. The lady actually snorted when I said I'd wait the 12 minutes for the chicken wings. Laughed when I ordered coke to drink because they serve pepsi. Just rude.

I would give 0 if it was an option. Order was incorrect, despite being corrected twice. When I called to get what I ordered management was unhelpful and rude. Ended up buying from a different KFC across town what I should have gotten in the first place. Would never go there again .

I’ve eaten kfc all over the country. You have won the designation as the worst chicken restaurant I’ve ever been to. Pathetic and shameful to the Sanders family name and legacy. I’m pushing for you to lose your franchise, and I’m spreading the word and pictures of your sorry excuse for chicken.
