What a joke, tried both stores neither one would sell me a bucket of chicken so I could feed my family, the south store told me they had no bucket deals at the moment, so I called the north store, the manager told me he has buckets all day everyday, however he was running low on chicken, I asked how long would it be before he had chicken up, he said 20 minutes. I SAID COOL I WILL WAIT, I get there within 10 minutes proceeded to order, the manager hollers up to the cashier tells him/ us he will not have chicken for 45 minutes, I said what I just called you you told me 20 minutes, he said I already sold all of that chicken, mind you it has not even been 20 minutes, he straight lied, gasoline is 5 bucks a gallon, i just drove all the way across town and this guy doesnt think I should have an attitude, time out, here I am watching people get smaller orders of the exact same chicken he wouldn't sell to me after he told me he would have chicken, yes sir I am a little mad, then the guy asks me If I would like to do his job, well , now I believe he doesnt need that job! Kokomo store on north Washington street, he refused to give me the store number so that I could make a formal complaint! I went home with nothing for the anyone to eat!
Couldn't even manage to put my coleslaw in the bag. This isn't the first time I've been shorted. Will not be eating here again.
What my chicken looked like.. not pleased.
I ask for 2 breast dinner but was charged for a 2 breast and wing dinner. When called they said nothing could be done unless bringing the complete order back.
Visited 3/11/22 12:40pmOrderes chicken sandwich meal with Mt Dew lightening and LG Mac and cheeseEverything was good minus the fries which had too much salt on them. I also didn't have any napkins, a spoon or my receipt given to me and I was eating in the car before getting to work so I had to wait to eat my Mac and cheese but other than that it was quick and food was delicious.
Ordered family fill-up dinner food was good but when got home one gravy bowl was upside down in bag an soaked on to other containers I will definitely let them know next time,so actually got shorted on this order sound like they need employees who watch an care what they doing ?♀️?♀️
Ordered a family bucket of 16 pieces. Was told that I could only have thighs and wings as they were completely out and not able to make more! Charged the same price without any apologies.
Ordered a regular chicken sandwich and that wasn't made correctly. They made it plain ( no mayo and no pickle ). It wasn't ordered that way and it's not like they were busy. I was the only car there.
Ordered a 3 piece white dinner extra crispy but had to accept an original breast since they were out of extra crispy brests. Then I asked for a honey packet for my roll n made a point of asking twice to verify I would get the honey packet. Well none was given, also no butter for the roll or salt for the meal. So I decided to try calling to complain but after calling twice no one answered the phone!!!!!!!! Yea avoid this location if you want reasonsble service. CharO
Service was fast. But when we got home, we were shorted a Chicken Breast, 4 cookies and a biscuit. Which the 3 biscuits we did get were so old and hard you couldn't eat them. Sad to say but this KFC is going downhill fast!
