I will give it a 5 star never been there I went to Jack's donuts and you are neighbors so I was asked about Jimmy John's but I do plan on stopping in someday.
Ordered a #14 bootlegger yesterday paid extra for bacon didn't even get the right sandwich second time this has happened. I used to love Jimmy johns not like it used to be.
I ordered last week and waited over an hour and a half. I got a call about 45 minutes into waiting saying the driver got stuck in the snow, okay. I wait another 45 minutes or so and they deliver without half my order. He offered to go back and bring it and I told him that would be great. I waited a couple hours and then filed a complaint. They said they would send it over to the Kokomo store. I heard nothing back. I placed an order tonight with a reward coupon. My order said out for delivery within 25 minutes. I get a call about 20 minutes later saying they aren’t going to deliver it because I’m banned from their store?! I ask why and they said because I was rude and made a complaint. Whoever called me to tell me said they’d talk to the manager about it and let me know. I waited on hold. When he got back on the phone, he told me I was still banned. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me he was out on a delivery. I asked if he would call me when he got back and got told no.

First off, I just want to say I wasn’t even mad my order took a little longer than usual…. Where I work, we order Jimmy Johns delivery anywhere from 2 to 10 times a day. We try to do bulk orders when we can but sometimes it’s just not possible. Well, they are ALWAYS “freaky fast” with our order. Today, however, I got the text message that the order was out for delivery and then 30 minutes goes by and still no delivery. I heard sirens near my store and ended up calling the store. Not to complain about my order being late, but to check and make sure the driver was okay. The combination of taking a little longer than usual and sirens had me worried that everyone was okay. Luckily, the driver was fine. Like everywhere right now, they are just short staffed. So, yes, I legitimately called the store to make sure they were ok….
Place an order took my order did not tell me it's going to take 2 hours for delivery and I'm only not even four minutes of driveCall back no one picked up the phoneCall back second time someone pick up the phone and said he's going to be long because we don't have driver's understandable but when you take an order from the customer you have to tell them it's going to take certain amount of time if it's going to be delayed if you have one driver very very poor customer
