We had a bad take out experience with our breakfast. We called and spoke to the manager Bryson and he was very hospitable and apologetic about our experience. He gave us 2 free meals on The house. We were pleasantly please the food was awesome and the service was awesome as well. I will definitely recommend this IHOP pls check out the video and pics of our meals thanks again Bryson
Stopped in for a late lunch/ early dinner on our way home, the hostess was more interested in chatting with and taking care of a couple who had walked in just before us, looked to see if anyone was at the door and seen my friend was still standing there waiting to be seated. The hostess, at this time commenced to wait on the customers she had just seated instead of seating new customers. We walked out and went to Culver's! Good thing we don't live here and have to contend with this on a daily basis!
Online order supposed to be ready at 11:10am. Waited and waited nobody brought my order out. Went in after 35 minutes and they said the order ticket is lost. Asked for a refund. Cant get a refund from the restaurant and have to call corporate. Blamed it on short staff. Nobody was waiting for a table and I counted 3 cooks and at least 5 servers. There were only 6 or 7 tables with customers. Short Staffed is the latest excuse. Will never go back. Another customer waiting over an hour for his takeout said this always happens at IHOP. I have had no issues with any other restaurant for curbside pickup.
Great place, good food, and prices. Their customer service, however, leaves something to be desired, it's hit or miss with them. I have had great experiences with them and a few poor. I used their pickup service for the first time last week, everything was great until I went to go pick it up. I waited well over a half-hour and no one ever came out. I went in to inquire, I stood at the service desk for another ten minutes, and I was never even acknowledged. I saw that my order was ready in a warmer, so I just grabbed it and left! I only got half my order, but I couldn't wait another second! I wouldn't let that ruin, my experience, or yours!! Overall they are a solid four stars ?
Not to impressed, went 3x over the weekend because I like IHOP. 1st day, I waited for waiter too long, forgot my toast. 2nd trip lady was nice and friendly, food was good, fast and efficient. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. And even told me to stay as long as I needed..both experience's, were me by myself..takes alot of courage to eat alone. I will be back .
We stopped here after a long drive going to visit family. The service was great. Our waitress was great. The food was as always great. Thank you IHOP. You have never disappointed me

Sometimes you have to wait an hour and a half to get your food. Sometimes you don’t. But that’s only if you don’t come here. Servers were trying their best. Kind of hard to do your job if the cooks aren’t. As always the manager was great
Went to the Kokomo IHOP about 9am stood at the front for about 5 mins before 1 of tne 3 people passed us greeted us. Then proceeded to ignore us. Will never go back to this location. These people need retrained on customer service. Worst IHOP ever. We took our business to Cracker Barrel where we were immediately greeted and seated.
Always wonderful service here, even in the middle of the night. The host and wait staff were so friendly! Service was pretty fast as well. A good place that also caters to the elderly crowd in Kokomo. It's no wonder. They have good deals on breakfast food especially. Their omelettes are amazing. Pro tip: they do have the biscuits and gravy, but for some reason it isn't on their menu. They are happy to make it though. Excellent sausage gravy.
