Excellent food, very friendly and patient waitresses, just nice all around!
Ahhh... Hacienda! It has been one of my favorite restaurants for many years! I always get the same thing every time. I usually get it to go. They make it so simple for me. I just call, give them my phone number and my previous order pops up and viola... it will be ready in about 20 minutes! Perfectly correct meal every time! The shredded beef wet burrito, no shell, ex everything, 16oz cup of lettuce, 4oz enchilada sauce... I turn this burrito into a salad and it's my absolute favorite! Their chips and salsa are the best I've ever had in my opinion! I used to eat a whole bag of chips and half a 32 oz salsa in 1 setting... I still order them for special occasions but would get them on regular basis again if they offered a gluten free tortilla chip. I love the atmosphere here and the new remodel of the service counter looks great!!
Not sure how to start this review.....Positive first; the food and drinks were great. Hot, tasty, and satisfying.Our service on the other hand was something I may have a hard time trying to describe.Nikki was our server. I am not sure what was wrong with her. This restaurant was moderately busy but not on a wait. Nikki was distressed and out of breath our entire visit. Every table she visited she was out of breath, explained how chaotic it was, and was in tears almost with every table food drop off. She seemed as if she was acting and trying to get sympathy from each table because of her level of pain or stress. She made my husband and I uncomfortable from start to finish.My advice to this Hacienda: The management needs to be more aware of the service given by their employees. A simple table touch would be beneficial from time to time to talk to the guest. Also, observe your emoloyees while they are working. Then, maybe, you won't get reviews such as these on google.
Stopped by while visiting town. The service was amazing. The only reason it's getting 2 stars. The food was just bla. The salsa was just tomato sauce. The burrito had no seasoning. It was even lacking salt. Those who are not from the midwest or those that grew up on authentic Mexican food, will probably not enjoy this.
Food was delicious, drinks were even better and the energy of our waitress was unmatched! She did an amazing job representing the company. We will definitely be back!
I have been going to The Hacienda for over 30 years. It’s the best Mexican restaurant around. I can’t recall 1single time I’ve left regretting that I came! In a world that’s forever changing.. It’s nice to have a “old faithful” in town
Refried beans and rice were disgustingly dry... Cobwebs were hanging from the chandelier above the table and there were greasy handprints all over the clear dividers between tables that didn't look like they had been cleaned in a hot minute..
One of the best salsas I've ever had (and I've had a lot of salsa)!!! Hands down the best ranch I've ever had! And the street tacos are amazing. But honestly it's the staff we come back for. Wonderful people
It is my 80th and today & we met in Kokomo to celebrate! Children, grandchildren & great grandchildren were together. The staff made me feel so special. The food was great & I would recommend Hacienda to anyone. Thank you, Joyce Catalino
The best wet burritos in town! Very friendly staff. We go there alot & eat on there heated patio in the winter, it's nice & toasty!
