Great place to eat! But employees need stop worrying about time when getting close to close .... I am sorry to speak out but when a employee complains about customers coming in at a half hour before closing to the customers dont need a job.... Now I got a grand sampler and girlfriend got the classic sampler and to me the grand needs bigger portions cause classic is bigger than grand...lol

Decided to try using the kiosk instead of waiting to order - big mistake -so confusing ended up paying for full meals but only got half of the items due to not making correct choices when ordering - was very unhappy for paying so much and getting so little. Enjoyed my food that I did get but would have enjoyed the full meals !
Great prices for what get. That's not a compliment. Sauces lack seasoning and chicken parm was both dry and rubbery.
Management is spineless and in the later hours noticed employees have a complete lack of care towards customers, work duties, and food service. Definitely a last resort. Morning people were on point so they deserve the star.
We're yet to have a truly positive experience at the Kokomo Indiana location. On our last visit I was served dry old spaghetti noodles. They remade the order, but it was only minimally better.
Went here for lunch and was very impressed. Fettuccini was nice and hot. Breadsticks were great. We even tried the new parmesan and garlic wings and they were delicious. Might even be my new favorite wing spot. Will be coming back!
This Fazoli's has a few of the friendliest employees you will ever meet. I cannot fault this particular restaurant for food offerings decided by their corporate office, but I will say that the quality of food at this location is very good. I take away one star because the restrooms are consistently dirty.
