Awesome and the young man working drive through was very good.
Hi, my fiance and I pulled up to order we placed our order and the child taking our order rudely told us not to have an attitude, I have been in food service for 16 years, do not as a corporate place tell me that that was acceptable. This happened at 3:45pm on 6/25/2022. We were the customers we had placed our order, again the child taking our order couldn't hear us so instead of asking us to shut our vehicle off, she rudely told us we had an attitude we told her we didn't, they just couldnt hear us. The line on DQs end went silent for a good 30 seconds. We asked if they were going to serve us and it was just crickets. So I said I am getting on Yelp and leaving a review and making sure everyone knows about your store and the rude folks you hire. As we pulled away the drive thru child came out and yelled at us and flipped us off which I am sure is on camera. She came out the front door where anyone could see her. I will absolutely be contacting corporate and that individual will be fired this is unacceptable and I promise you will lose service unless this shapes up. Do NOT I repeat do NOT go to this DQ and give them your service. We were not rude we were completely polite why do we have a reason to be rude? Y'all were going to prepare our food.........if they did it to us they will do it to you. Absolutely ridiculous. We will never come back and that should matter to you.
Was here ar 9:24 P.M. tonight and we asked if someone was there for 6 minutes before they said it was closed. They refused to serve us by ignoring us. Lazy workers. So we got angry cussed them out. Never coming back.
The food was good and they took good care of us! It was my son's birthday and he was extremely happy being there. The ice cream was on point. The service was kind and quick.

They were very prompt to have my order done in 7 minutes. Very curious. Would definitely go back. I put them on a scale of 10. Awesome job.

Customer service was terrible. Took a very long time to get our food. My sandwich was made wrong, took a very long time to get the correct sandwich. Quality of the cheeseburger was very poor. The lobby was very dirty. Very disappointed with this place!!
The only terrible experience I've ever had at DQ. We was starving so we ate it but if I'm going to go out to eat and spend that kind of money for 5 people then really hope it's better
