Our waitress was a young, and very pleasant server. Unfortunately, her name escapes me. I believe it was Saydie. She was patient and kind with my 83 yr old neighbor as well as my 7 year old granddaughter. She kept my coffee cup filled and my food was ordered and received promptly and warm. She had 5 stars on her apron, however, I'd give her 5 more!! She's a rare find! AND, she was obviously pregnant and as a mama, I know how long those days can be. She was still amazing and beautiful. Wonderful experience!
Horrible, over crowded Sunday. Waited forever, went to check on my place in line, my name wasn't even on the list .Food was horrid, gross sausage, bacon and eggs,. The only thing good was my pancakes and my drink .I ate the Mac n cheese my granddaughter had ordered, it was good. I don't like to complain but the manager did remove the cost of my meal .and tried to rectify my experience..hopefully next time is better .Don't Go On Sundays.

It has been a long time since I been to Cracker Barrel. Took kids on a road trip on this spring break. We then decided to stop here. Well let's just say, everyone should visit one, once in their life time. Not only do you get some great food, you get to see a fun shop. The shop is full of souvenirs, to gifts, handmade quilts and so much more!!My kids have never been to one so it was time. Not to mention the rocking chairs that are outside. It gives it a relaxing environment to sit outside and relax a few. Hell, do an hour as no one will bother you. LolFood is really good. I got the chicken fried chicken. The chicken had so much much flavor and crisp to it. This was close to homemade cooking as you can get while eating out. And if I say that, it's really a big deal. I cook at home often and eating out isn't always my favorite. But I love to explore restaurants for the best foods possible. I would definitely visit again. Customer service is great as well. You have people available in the store for any questions. You also have waiters/waitresses that are on top of everything. I had another glass of soda sat down on the table before I finished my first one.Very satisfied with everything.

The store was near empty Thursday late morning/early afternoon (4/21/2022) except for two much older, lovely looking couples seated away from us. Only a couple of employees walking around. Our waitress seemed a little odd that day. My mother’s phone was secure at all times, only out at the table. Her phone was 80%+ charged and turned on that morning, as we were traveling. We go outside and realize she doesn’t have her phone, immediately my mother goes back in. I call my mom’s phone, and magically, ITS OFF. Now why would a nearly fully charged phone that was just on minutes ago be off now? Because it was taken and somebody doesn’t want it going off during their shift? Hm. Called the phone again later that night and it started ringing again. Shortly after, it was again shut off. (Update: Someone also tried to get into my mother’s Amazon, so definitely stolen!!) Someone has it, and I doubt it was your lovely older patrons, a couple of whom were in wheelchairs. Not too capable of pulling off quick thievery. Management did not do anything and insisted that there weren’t any cameras in the dining area. NO CAMERAS IN THE DINING AREA? AT A NATIONAL CHAIN? Bottom line, something is off at this place, and if you value your things, DO NOT GO HERE.
It was great the food and service clean area ...I went with my family everyone loved. everything they ordered well cooked and flavorful the the gift shop is always the bomb with unique gifts from young to older people bathrooms were clean and stocked very happy with my visit i wish their were one in every small town.

Met some family members for a late lunch. Restaurant was extremely busy . However we were greeted with fast and prompt service. The food was hot and very delicious. Reminded me of Sunday dinners with my Nana. We will be back.
I ordered the new chicken tenders. I can’t remember the name but they had a maple bacon glaze. Or should I say were supposed to have. As you can see in the picture they were dry with a tiny amount of sauce drizzled on a small part of them and some bacon bits tossed on top. Quite a disappointment as far as the sauce goes. The chicken strips were crispy and juicy just like you’d want them to be. The ranch was the good kind of ranch, if you eat ranch then you know what I mean. I got the steak fries and greens. The steak fries we good but the greens were nasty. I love greens so it was a real waste of a side. I couldn’t even eat them they were so bad. We had great service. The server was very attentive and polite.
