We had a walk-in joint birthday party. They took very good care of us. When I began telling them what we needed the general manager and his staff did everything they could to make it as cost-effective for us as possible. Everything was clean and well kept. The food is improved greatly compared to the last time I was there many years ago. Most of the games were functioning well and those that weren't were being addressed so they can get them back up and running quickly. Overall I was very satisfied with our visit
Staff was completely amazing. They were patient, kind, and friendly. They also had everything you could need or want for a party that you may have forgotten (in our case, a cake cutter). Deal wasn't bad either. 15$/30 mins of unlimited play and some fun games to choose from. Highly recommend for a child's birthday party or child's celebration. Though even as an adult I found something fun to do and pass the time. Also, bomb pizza. I wasn't expecting that.
The day we went was horrible. No one informed us the half of the games were either shut off, broken, or had error messages. Yet, still let us come in. No refund allowed. My 4 year old was extremely upset and we left 45 minutes in. Also, took my infant to the bathroom to change his diaper and it was disgusting. There were feces all over the toilets making the bathroom smell awful.
It was our son's birthday it was a great experience some of the games were down but that didn't matter we still had a great time and the kids even danced to the animatronic Chuck e cheese
My pizza was messed up and dropped. Tasted like frozen. Cheese bread was so crispy you couldn’t eat it! Employees look messy uniform and unprofessional. Bathrooms were dirty. Not going back!
Was at the Kokomo restaurant today and I want to say that out of the dozens of parties I've been to todays was the most enjoyable. Christian Myers was our attendant and did a wonderful job. You can tell he really enjoys his job as he was never without a smile and was energetic when interacting with the kids. I later talked to the manager, also a great guy, he thanked me for the compliment and went on to tell how he felt blessed to have an employee like Christian. It was good to hear positive things not a manager cursing out an employee, my last experience there and to hVe employees doing their jobs happily not as if it was torture to be there. Glad to see this restaurant back on the right track.
A friend of mine and her 4 year old son went to Chuck E. Cheese on Reed Road in Kokomo. I have to say I was really impressed. There was tons of games for him to play, the place was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Her son had such a big smile on his face the whole time and that made it worth the trip! :)
It's been years since I've been to Chuck E. Cheese we took our kiddos for the first time. Was not impressed im mainly disappointed in how the GENERAL MANAGER was treating his employees in front of a whole line of people. He completely humiliated his workers i felt so bad for them. This continued the whole 2 hours we were there. Very unorganized and stressful. I was very sad to see both of the print off pictures were both down. The bathrooms were not clean toilet paper rolls laying on the floor beside the toilet. This is NOT the Chuck E. Cheese i grew up with!
Very inappropriate for all the hostesses to have facial piercings when they host a child's birthday party. They should be required to remove them while working un rhe public
had my son's 12th bday party. staff was super nice. chucky was fun!
