Tried the new Garlic Steak and it was fantastic. Did a salad and wasn't given dressing as a choice. Everything was clean and employees were polite. The price always surprises me by how high it is but isn't everything these days?!
I know it may not be like this all the time but I waited 10 minutes in line to get served. When I got up there I discovered they were out of half their meats and out of vegetables. I asked the girl serving if they would have more veggies available soon and she said, “No I don’t think they’re making more” It didn’t seem like they cared that they were out of almost everything. They could have been announcing to customers that came in that they were highly limited on their menu items. Many people are on their lunch breaks and don’t have the time to wait 10 minutes just to find out that they can only get a burrito bowl with barbacoa, sour cream and rice
It was like cafeteria style, not many choices at all. Food tasted ok but very pricey for how you stood and helped yourself. More like a carry-out. I didn't really like the experience it offered.
Storm clouds kind of day, during lunch rush on a Sunday. No rugs put down at either entrances, some employees not working efficiently, food cross contaminated, dirty work station. Good food, but bad experience.
Said card only on the door, went through the line and ordered a bunch of food... only for their card machine to not work and they threw away all the food. Such a waste, we had plenty of money on our card so that was not the issue. Went straight to McDonald's and it worked fine. None of the people were friendly either
Prices to dine in for Mexican has become very pricey. Chipotle is our favorite Mexican to take home! They have a great choice in meats and toppings made right in front of you. You can choose from a HUGE bowl or make it into a burrito, with chips and dip and plenty of drink options. We absolutely love their food and have never had one complaint!
I am sorry if I’m spelling her name wrong but Kylie made my food and she is very nice and energetic, we had a lovely conversation while she was making my food, she is great!
Not impressed. The food never tastes fresh and the portions are small. Chipotle is my fav place to eat but this location is not good
After getting through most of the line, I was told they were out of guacamole then I paid, took my cup for my drink I find out they have no ice so all the soft drinks were warm. No refunds. The place has gone down hill. It was mainly aesthetics but the food is still tasty. I just don't like feeling I was deceived.
My Family and I LOVE Chipotle , but this location needs to improve by a lot!They give you VERY Small portions, there always out something, some of the team members are not good with customer service ... last time we went it was 7:15pm and they were out of peppers and onions, we wanted some in our Burrito bowl..my daughter asked for them if they could make more- the team member literally walked away & said nothing! How rude!- they had more that an hour and a half before closing! Probably won't be going back to this location again...unless I hear that it's improved
