My parents and I went in here one night for dinner and sat in the bar area. Our waiter took our order and we didn’t see our food for 2 hours because he forgot to put our order in and they weren’t even busy. Lately its been long waits for food and even seen people yelling across the restaurant asking where their food is at. It’s to the point where it’s not worth going anymore!
It is unfortunate that I am leaving this as a rating. Today, we waited over 50 minutes for our food and our waitresses apologized perfusably for the kithchen being so back up. I explained that customers should be made aware of wait time and allwed to choose if to stay or go. I have never in all my life walked out of a restaurant but had to as we were starving.
We just left Chilis in Kokomo..we got there at 845pm. There was only 1 server on the floor and you could tell she didnt want to be there as soon as she looked at you. First thing....we order the white queso cheese. They bring us the yellow cheese with meat and beans. And then argued thats not what we ordered. Next..they bring our side salads and spilled ranch dressing all over my 11yr old daughter. While we had no napkins. Server is still being rude...she even pretended to shoot herself in the head a couple of times. My husband ordered a Caesar Salad for his meal. They bring him a salad that is wilted and slimy. Even the cheese was melted on top. The salad plate was actually hot. And she actually charged us $11.29 for a side Caesar salad. We then cut my daughter steak and it was supposed to be medium.. Came out very rare...almost bloody. This used to be our favorite restaurant..we would eat here at least 1x a wk. This was the worst experience we've ever had. And the service from Haley was so below subpar. Very rude not happy at all. We will not be back anytime soon due to her.
Best service we have had in awhile. Waitress was amazing, food was warm and delicious. Will go again
Hands down best service ever! Food was quick, very tasty. Go see Emma, she was super friendly and very attentive. We will specifically ask for her next time we visit.
food was great as was the service, had a little bit of a wait to get seat.from ordering to table was fast ! aisiinn was a great server
5 stars for good food. 2 Stars for customer service. They refused to give me utensils for my to go order. All three items required utensils. He said I had to order utensils. Theres no way to order utensils. Thankfully my delivery person stopped at a Wendy's to get me some. So order only if you are at home and have access to utensils.
Soup, cheeseburger, FF were just Not Good, waiter with his long hair hanging , looked unkept, cold FF are never good, cheeseburger greasy, soup was cheesy w few 1 potato & personally never been served soup without cracker !!!! Never again , save your money & go to McDonald’s .
Normally is an ok place. But the other day was the worst. Waited 30 minutes. Ok I waited longer before. But waited over an hour for food not acceptable. And when it come it was cold. Fries was raw. Meat below room temperature. Chicken tenders hard and not hot. The biggest plus is the waitress was amazing. No table next to use received food and when they did it was the same as ours. They did try to make things right.
Drinks were great! Food was deliciously delightful. Except for the corn on the cob. It was overcooked. But had great flavor! Ancho Chile salmon was really good. Only complaint is not enough of that ancho sauce and cilantro. Superb service too. ? Thank you for a fantastic meal. Will definitely go back!
