Ordered curbside pickup, sat in the car waiting for 10 minutes. Had to go inside and get it while all the employees were sitting down doing nothing.
The food is always hot and good. Delivery service has messed up several times by forgetting items and delivering the wrong items. Unfortunately, this reflects back on the food company as well. I was a loyal customer until this last mess up, and now I will be giving Penn Station my business for cheese steak.
One of the best restaurants in kokomo! All the food is really fresh and very filling.

This is my favorite place to eat BUT this store in particular always screws my order up. I’ve had two orders here and I get two sandwiches each time. Not a single one of them have been made how they were order to be made. I always get a chicken California. The last one car with mushrooms and only cheese on half the sandwich. This time around I was missing my dressing on my sandwich.
if the managers are there it's not a bad place especially if you have problems they can fix it. however I had a problem on Saturday with no managers and nobody can fix it I had to leave without my food even though I paid for it through the app. I showed them I had paid for it show them that it should be but they still would not give me my food so I had to leave. I paid for food they saw I paid for food but I still got no food
Great food and great service. The young folks in there were enthusiastic and full of joy, serving up some great sandwiches.
Normally I have a pretty great experience here. But this time was just a big nope. Literally I couldn’t even order food because they are closed. I have came here multiple times and they have never been closed on a Sunday. It was kind of a let down because their food is pretty great.
