Asked for 2 chicken sandwiches and got one cut in half. They asked if my kids meal was for a boy or a girl. I said girl, and received a boy toy. Smh
Not sure what to think... new Whopper Jr shrinkflated to nearly as small as a white castle. Spending less and less of my hard earned money at restaurants these days.
Person at the window kept saying "is that all after. Every. Single. Item I ordered. She repeated food back to me, but when I got up there didn't even ring it up causing me to have to get back in line and wait again for food. By the time I got home all of the food was cold. Would be nice if they at least tried to listen to the order instead of rushing you and not ringing it all up correctly.
My service through the drive through was fast I always look on my bag before leaving the restaurant and I noticed they got my order wrong, no small fries, I went inside and a man named rick helped me out he was very polite
Food was good. Staff was friendly and took good care of us.
Flame broiled. Not fried. That means a lot for people that don't want or need a greasy burger. I'm not a French fry eater so they have an onion ring option. I like their iced or worm coffee also. Dining room is open and has been totally refurbished. A now comforting atmosphere. They also have wifi. Better than eating in your car damaging your Corinthian leather.
Stopped by no cars in the parking lot no cars in the Drive-Thru and I just ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. It took a minute for my order to come up which I was fine and I was looking for a nice warm bacon cheeseburger but what I got was that sandwich that had barely been heated, quite disappointed.
I'm really disappointed. My boyfriend and I will sometimes stop by burger king on our lunch if we don't bring anything. And I asked for a whopper no onions and of course there were onions on it. And my boyfriend ordered a large Onion ring and of course no onion ring. We couldn't take it back because by the time we go back to work we had 10 minutes left of lunch.... I'm sorry but if someone orders a special item. Make that item don't pull it from the warmer.... Very disappointed. ⭐
