NO BACON on my Bacon Steakhouse burger! ?Edit: This is a new review on 7/23/21 as compared to my last one around 11 months ago.I realize mistakes happen. In this case, it is somewhat trivial. At the window, I asked for some ketchup packets and ranch. She did not acknowledge me yet seemed to hear my request. When handed my food, I asked if everything was in the bags. Her response was "Have a nice day" with a scowl on her face. We did not receive the items requested. It would be nice if a customer asks a question, they could at least acknowledge you. If you didn't hear someone's question or request, ask them to repeat it. I did not return nor call to complain. Dropping my three stars to two.I also noticed that yesterday they were closed due to an IT issue. Computer broke down.I probably do not need to mention this, but items that have bacon in the name should probably have bacon on them!Another edit: July 12th, 2022I'm not even sure why I occasionally go here. The staff is always rude. The food is never made correctly. The customer is always ignored.Should I show my video footage of this on my YouTube channel? Because I recorded it this time. It will show me being polite, and how the mistakes keep happening. Nah... I'm not wasting my time, effort, or money on this place ever again. Down to one ⭐. You cannot go any lower. It's ok. Not bad when you are in a pinch and need somwthing cheap to eat from the side/snack menu and/or value menu.
We tried to use the App online no one in the Restaurant knew how to use it .. Said they were not trained on how to do it. The guy at the register said he was a manager. Had to figure it out on our own . We wanted to try the Impossible Whopper useing the app to get it for 3$. Finally got one it wasn't fresh like we ask . Also while we was Dining inside the Restaurant 3 young boys kept coming in n out getting soft drinks for free with cups not from Burger King.they was making a big mess at the drink stationAnd was outside riding there bikes around the parking lot around cars and people. The whole staff mostly the manager was not trained very well to be in charge
Food was good but you can't count on it being open one day went there & there was a sign saying closed due to employees calling off
This place has a disable ramp on only one side. If a disabled person parks on the drive thru side there is no way for them to get on the sidewalk because of the lack of the ramp being on the wrong side
Just got had asked for a simple 2 for 5 and fries paied 9.28 ..got a half full large fry and one whopper .. clearly asked for 2 to of us got home called and got lied to about the 2 for 5 and they don't care ..hears the deal GOT OFF YOUR PHONE YOU OBVIOUSLY CANT DO YOUR JOB WHILE PLAYING ON YOUR PHONE ..not one single other customer ..place is a joke
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered online for delivery and my order was cancelled then when I tried to call no answer. Nothing at all.....
Think twice before ordering online here. I have had past experience where my order was missing items never got them refunded back.
Very slow at window, order taker couldn't hear so had to repeat everything more than once. Food was not hot.
Burger King is delicious, they never mess my orders up and they are very friendly, I never have to wait a long time for my food and it always tastes fresh
