Great atmosphere, friendly faces, awesome coffee!!!! My kids love the smoothies. It's so nice to be able to just go in, grab something yummy and have a sit down with friends and family. I love that this place supplies their customers with board games and cards. It just makes it a great place to kick back for awhile and enjoy each other's company. And best of all, it's a small business.
I took my friend for her first time after she had a procedure done. She loved it just as much as I always do and said she was going to tell her daughters about it.

I went to Big Ben’s this morning! I’ve never been there before. I went through the drive thru and was greeted with a very positive attitude. I could tell they had a smile on their face, and enjoyed doing what they were doing! Thank you Big Bens!!! I plan on going back!

I use the location at Jefferson and Phillips St. Employees are friendly. Prices are right. Great place meet up or just relax with a cup of coffee. Food is decent too.
Great atmosphere. The only reason to dock a star was due to all the trash cans being full and the restrooms needed to be cleaned.
This is hands-down the best coffee shop in Kokomo! I'm very particular about my chai tea, and they make the BEST chai tea lattes I've ever had! The vanilla chai lattes literally taste like you're drinking a snickerdoodle. Sooooo yummy!Everyone is so friendly and accommodating here. The atmosphere is super cozy. I love coming here when I'm on this side of town. I can't recommend this place enough ??
