I'm from Longview Texas and I have been in Kokomo since April visiting daughter and family. My health is not good and we had been moving them to a new house. Went to this Arby's with granddaughter and was treated with the great respect from all the employees. The manager went out of his way to make sure our visit was great. The food was awesome and I couldn't ask for better. God bless and thank you.
Floors were dirty and sticky, tables not cleaned, employees openly sharing family drama, language used by employees inappropriate when customers are present, cashier was rather rude. Tried to fill out their survey online but it would just spin after I entered the store number.
Best Roast Beef in Town and between 2:00 and 5:00 you can get Sliders for 1 dollar with alot of Roast Beef and Cheese there's 5 or 6 different Sliders
The food was fresh and delicious. Staff could have been a little space friendly while cleaning and us eating, but over all, really good.

Most ridiculous customer service EVER. The staff are lazy, cant get an order right, then when i go to get it fixed. They say they are closing for the night even though the hours are until 11. Its fine if you wanna close down early but i PAID for my food and in turn paid your salary and you have attitude and say you cant help me? Pathetic.
Market fresh sandwiches are very good and reasonably priced. Kind staff, quick service.

Ordered the 1/2 lbs. roast beef sandwich and curly fries the food was great a little pricey for fast food
The last time a friend and I ate here we both got food poisoning. We should've known when it seemed like the stuff had been sitting out cold for awhile. Normally Arby's is great. This turned me off this one though.
