First time going to a Zaxby's. Super impressed. Big fan of the buffalo garlic boneless wings. Enjoyed the sauce. The Texas toast is a nice unexpected feature. One of the best value vs volume meals ever. I was in town for a week so I went back for a return trip later in the week. Super fast drive through.
First time trying their food. I got the chicken fingers meal. Very decent food, but wasn't very memorable. Not something I'll go out of my way to get again.
Love the Zalads and the cornmeal based breading on the chicken. Fries are meaty and crinkle cut. Always pleased with Zaxby's.
I dont know what has happened with their food last 3times its not been good,food has been cold,fries hard an cold.i only gave it a 3 because everything was clean an employees were friendly. Not sure if I will eat there anymore. I can pay a little more an get better chicken!!!
Lobby closed due to short staff. My vehicle won't fit in drive thru. Had to go across the street and eat Waffle House. At least Waffle House has staff. Wonder what Waffle House is offering their employees that Zaxbys can't?
Tyrese is the best drive thru person ever. Dude is lit (but not literally management) and has sick taste in anime. Also did good job at his job.
Was the second time I went to this Zaxby's. The first time was good the second time not so good. The second time I ordered boneless wings without sauce on them sauce on the side. I was charged for two sauces which is 50 cents. That shouldn't have been charged for, and I didn't get any toast with this meal but I did the last one. So I don't know if it's really supposed to come with toast or not but it'd be nice if they would do it the same every time. I'm sorry but I won't be going back to this Zaxby's
Avoid this location at all costs. Never get orders correct and all of the employees are rude. If you want the correct food and good customer service visit any other restaurant besides this location.
A whole lot better than Chick-fil-A could ever bemy favorite meals are the wings and things and the salad, you can get those fingers tossed in sauce as well and I'd totally recommend trying their 2nd hottest
Just went through the drive-thru, got rudely rushed by a giggly worker who didn’t pay a bit of attention to our order, just kept talking to another worker (on the speaker, yep we heard you!) about how much they hate drive-thru… got the window, paid, got our receipt and… shocker, the whole order was WRONG. Didn’t even get food - just told them to refund it because clearly the place is full of kids who don’t care about their jobs, let alone customers. Won’t be back.
