Whenever I crave wendys, I debate on coming here because I've had severe issues in the past here. Typically my burgers have been dry, fries have been cold, nuggets are hard, but sometimes it's really good. Not much has been done in the past about wrong orders but I will still give people there credit for trying.
Service has gone way down hill. We ordered 2 burgers one plain with ketchup the other with mayo and onion, these deemed to be a much too complicated request for what we received was NOTHING close to what we ordered. Their buns always taste wet and that's just the food. The employees are beyond unwelcoming and don't really care if you get what you're paying for but i don't blame them a good manager would have that place running way better it starts at the top
The food at this Wendys is always fire af ? and the workers are always super kind. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait at the drive-thru, but that’s only because everyone knows this Wendys is top shelf and they make the food fresh. My order is always hot and correct. ????
Generally just fine. Longer wait times at Wendy's than other fast food places and not entirely sure why. Maybe they are truly cooking the burgers. Sometimes the buns seem ice cold, making the burgers less appealing. But overall this is just fine.
Placed online order was ready when we got there everything was right of what we order & they had the bag sealed up nice!
I actually thing for the most part this location is alright. My issue is that they offer baked potato's yet never have then in stock. I am no business expert but I thought the goal was kind of the sale as much stuff as possible. How can you sale what you never order enough of. Maybe covid has made it difficult. That being said I kinda had the feeling that they that they might just not wanting to make it. So the past three times they told me they didn't have potato's. I told a little fib ,and said that's funny because the manager said you did when I called. (I never called.) All three times they magically ended up having potatoes. That's a weird way to do business
Wendy's is one of the best fast food places, haven't eaten there since before pandemic because dining room was closed. Don't like drive thru , if they mess up order it's too difficult to get fixed. Dining room was open, picked up food was good. Diet Coke wasn't good at all, had to pour it out. Restaurant staff was nice, but the floor was sticky.
Workers seemed unorganized even a bit unprofessional this location was being repainted on the inside but it looked pretty nasty and unsanitary behind the counter honestly....very disappointed Jeffersonville....I grew up in Jeffersonville this place has been here as long as I can remember and it used to be pretty nice....even had some good memories going here ten to twenty years ago....the new menu items looked good but based on what I witnessed when I was here yesterday....I wouldn't feed anything from this location even to my dogs. Made me want to vomit. I'd rather starve than go here for my own food. Gross and saddening experience, was very upsetting.
Was waiting in the drive through and they didn't tell me there machine went down for processing payments until I got up to the window and the most the manager said was sorry and closed the window on me. I see why this place only has about 3.6 stars.
Slow is an understatement they was really nice and considerate 28 minutes to get a number 9 is a little much
