It depends on what time of day you go and who is working to debate on whether or not your food will be correct and hot, or cold and wrong, sloppy, etc. It's really a hit or miss at this location. Most mornings/lunches are fine. But anytime at night, be prepared for something to be missing or wrong.
Well they brought back the Mexican Pizza. If only they would bring back the Double Decker Taco. Then my life would be complete. I don't know why they won't make it. They have all the ingredients. I just order a hard taco, a flower tortilla, and a side or refried beans. Mexican Pizzas are alright, but Double Decker Tacos are the best thing ever sold at Taco Bell.
Honestly, there is a toss up for the review, but overall it's not to bad. I can't give a 5 because it has its issues and moment, but can't really give below a 4, because at times it can really shine. This store really struggles with staffing issues currently. You can't really blame them because of the way of the economy, however, you can tell when they are really struggling. The drive through line will either move like superman or be a snail. Night shift really is too notch on that fresh food, but that line be killing someone sometimes. Day shift is honestly a hit or miss- depending on who's working.. the food can either be great and best you ever had or soggy and sloppy. But you can guarantee that line will move quickly... Either way- this location is is enjoyable is done right and when staff is full- I'm Definitely certain you will get that 5 star meal.
Easily one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been too staff was cussing and screaming about how they didn’t have to take this persons order as I quote “ Ashley do I gotta take this persons order they playing with me bruh I ain’t fing playing
Nothing like receiving your order and the whole thing being screwed up. Order a drink no drink, order 3 tacos only got 1, ordered nacho fries they gave me plain nachos. Lazy unintelligent workers do better
Me and my wife were impressed. The food was hot and it wasn't all about Lettuce. But there was a few problems. Whoever switched the Mountain Dew switched to the Blast. My wife doesn't like Sour cream or beans on her Nacho Bellgrande but it didn't have tomatoes. So it was just chips and cheese.
Their app makes it so good. I purchased a taco pass for the month of February. Get a free taco everyday. Then they added taco Tuesday, two for one tacos. This I got three tacos and a drink for $3 dollars! Love taco bell!
I stood at the front counter for 12 minutes and no one waited on me until I ask for help. I was dining in and my order was bagged up to go. I'm a black man and as I ate I noticed the 3 white men that came in after me were greeted and got excellent service they even got their food on trays. I will never dine there again.
Went to pick up a door dash order and the lobby was locked and employees behind the counter were just staring at the door, refused to communicate. No signs explaining why, they were reported online as having the lobby open, and was during normal hours. The drive thru was wrapped around the building which is why I ordered online. Canceled my order and won't be back.
Just because I'm black doesn't mean I think it's cool for your black employees to call me N*gger. You don't know me, and anyone that does knows I don't care if it's an ER or with an A, don't ever say that to me. Literally left my food at the window and pulled off without paying. Talking to a manager was useless. Apparently they don't see an issue with this behavior from the children there.
