I've been eating at Subway for at least 25 years all over the country and the sub that I received today at this location was by far the worst I've ever had anywhere.The bread was so stail it crumbled and fell apart in my hands. The meat and toppings were about 1/3 of what they should have been. Everything about this sandwich (foot long Italian) was terrible. I won't be returning to this location again, period.

Used to eat here all the time after I got off work, Subway has always been my absolute favorite.That is, until my bf and I had food poisoning after eating here. Lasting an entire weekend. Thought it was never going to end. Was severely sick.This is after we’ve seen children in the back (no older than 10 years old) an employee’s most definitely.Then they were rude at the comm, but we still went back a third time. Then the food poisoning happened.We haven’t been back in months, but it’s made a lasting impression, we can’t even go pass a Subway without cringing.I hope it’s gotten better and the problems have sorted themselves out, especially so they don’t make anyone else sick.We won’t be back though.

I drove through the drive thru after getting out of the pool. I didn't want to go in because I was all wet. Nobody answered me so I drove up to the window. A girl opened the window and I asked if I could place an order. She said the drive thru was closed and I could come inside. Why couldn't she have taken my order right then? She was already standing at the window and there weren't any people inside. I could've walked inside,but it just rubbed me the wrong way so I left.

Why do you all have to put extra meat on every sandwich? Never put enough toppings(little to none when i order extra) and always put the sauce on the wrapper instead of on the sandwiches?I just came through tonight and 3 other times in the last month and each shift doesnt know how to do the job right.You all are so untrained.

If I could give it a zero I would. I went through drive thru at 7:28 and no one answered. Went through again thinking maybe they didn’t hear it. Nothing again. I went to window and the girls were in the back doing something and looked right at me and nothing. I understand finding employees is hard but when they don’t help your customers you’re losing money on wages.

I was totally disappointed and disrespected. On 4/12 at 9:55 I placed my five sandwich order and went to pick it up I was charged $45 and never received my food I was told that they gave it a way and instead of trying to remake my order or offer to at least they told me they didn’t have it and to come back in the morning to get my money back. Even though i payed with a card. Then they took my money by finalising the payment. They were extremely rude talking about they came In on a off day. Then they was telling everyone that they were out off a lot of stuff. Then they called the police on me even though I left. Unexceptional.

I wish I could give less Stars I have never gone here and not had an issue. Today I pull up drive-thru is closed so I go inside and they only have flatbread but I see all the other types of bread ready to go on the rack right behind the girl. This was the Subway on Eastern Boulevard in Clarksville so I leave there and go to the 10th Street Subway in Jeffersonville sit at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes with no service whatsoever. Usually when I come to the 10th Street location the customer service is extremely rude or they are cussing up a storm talking to each other each of these things seem very medial but I'm just fed up with Subway which is unfortunate because it's my first choice but we will have to change that

Absolutely the worst Subway in the United States! 1st, I brought in a coupon and the staff member said with an attitude "We DONT Accept Coupons At This Location!" So I look around and there are no signs stating that so I said hey, there are no signs and she says in a boss voice " ThIs lOcaTiOn DoeSnt AcCept CoUpONs! AnY ThIng ELsE yoU NeEd?!?!" Naw I'm good.

Every time I order from here they mess the order up, not just a little, I mean they mess it up… the meat, the bread, the salad.The owner was hiding in the back and refused to talk to me when I requested my money back after returning with the receipt and the sandwiches.They touch the money and sandwich with the same gloves!!!! This is disgusting regardless of Covid.They are extremely rude and do not take customer allergies seriously.I went in at 4pm and they’ve ran out of everything and said they don’t cook extra food. Even though they’re open until late?Both their ice machines are broken and have been for a long time. Their drinks are flat.It takes a lot for me to write a review but this place is dirty and ran very poorly. Whoever owns this franchise should be out of business. I will also send the photos that I have to the main office to make sure they are aware.I feel for the elderly and immune deficient customers who are unaware of the cross contamination and the touching of money before touching the food.This is a very dangerous place to order food from!

Male employee taking our order is very rude and definitely NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE . HE STARTED CUSSING WHEN I LET HIM KNOW I NEEDED 3 SANDWICH. THEN WHEN TOLD HIM DIFFERENT SANDWICH HE SAID OF COURSE NOT. THEN WHEN I GOT HOME MY SANDWICH WAS TOTALLY WRONG. I ASKED FOR EXTRA EXTRA PICKLE I GOT 4 PICKLE THAT IT. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE
