Staff to busy with friendly banter between one another then making drinks. Ordered 3 beverages and able to drink most of the first beverage before receiving the other two. Seemed like staff was making beverages for other orders over finishing ours.
Asked for decaf and almond milk, cant have milk and im 38 weeks pregnant so no coffee either. I asked about 3 times, to make sure it was correct because the woman taking my order was a bit confused, she confirmed it was not correct, that it was made with milk and no decaf. She said they 'fixed' it, they dumped the same drink into a different cup and sprinkled some cinnamon on top. Made me very sick to my stomach and shaky.
Very nice and fast staff. Good use of space and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating and outlets for charging.
This location just can't seem to get my drinks right, and they're only 3 ingredients. If I ordered through the mobile app, it was almost always wrong. I've ordered through the app, realized it was wrong ( only 2 shots of espresso instead of 6, like I ordered)....walked right back in and ordered the same thing again, and it was a totally different than the first one they gave me. This last time I asked for heavy cream with espresso and, again, totally wrong. If you're running out of ingredients, just say that, don't just blindly substitute for what you think is the next best thing. I'm a daily starbucks coffee drinker but I avoid this location as much as possible.
Absolutely love this Starbucks! They are always so nice and the drinks are always delicious. I signed up for the rewards and got this drink for free on my birthday - strawberry frappuccino with chocolate chips and oatmilk - highly recommend!

I frequent Starbucks almost daily. I usually go to the one on Veterans Parkway or State Street. Every so often I see myself in unfortunate situations where this is the most convenient Starbucks to go to and every single time it’s a headache. My most recent visit I ordered a iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso add cinnamon dolce. When I got there to get my drink there was no cinnamon in the drink at all whatsoever, I had the drink remade and it was 95 percent oat milk and cinnamon dolce syrup.The time before this I ordered ahead and still waited in the lobby for 25 minutes and had a barista argue with me that my drinks had already been made. Once they were finally made, they were wrong.This location couldn’t correctly make an ice water. Don’t waste your time.
This is 2nd time I placed mobile order for in store pick up that I had to wait for it to be made. Then to add insult to injury I see an employee go to register and order and the other employee immediately make her drink. After standing there for 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, I ask someone and she finds the sticker and makes it. There was not even a car in the drive thru yet 4 employees couldn't make a drink. From now on I will be going to McDonald's next door, I've ordered thru their app and immediately get my sfuff.

This location needs better training for their baristas. My go to drink is a simple vanilla latte so I know what they normally taste like. The last few times I have been to this location the drink hasn't been right, it is all foam with very little taste at ALL. I let it go the first and second times as I had already pulled away. The third and final time, I made it a point to taste it before I pulled away and asked them to verify what was made and was it made correctly? They were very rude and stated nothing has changed and the drinks are made the same every time and nothing they could do but what I was drinking was in NO way a vanilla latte that I have been drinking for years. I pay way to much money for the drink not to be consistent and literally taste like nothing but foamy milk! I can get them from other locations and they are fine, so it has to be in the way they are making them. Please fix this!!! This location is very convenient for me!
