I placed an order through doordash and they forgot half my food and instead of making my food so i could pick it up they told me i had to go through doordash and make a whole new order and pay for it. after i had already placed paid & received half of my food i ordered. they told me " we're only contracted through doordash so it's their problem not ours." so i will not be ordering from there again. the rest of my office will no longer support them either because of the entire situation & how all 3 of employees i spoke too handled. very very unprofessional such a shame since we all eat there with our friends and families outside of work
Good place for lunch, in and out quick. Has an extensive well priced lunch menu and the pre meal chips and salsa served ensure you don't leave hungry. The portion size is perfect for lunch and service was spot on. Flavor (spice) could be stepped up a bit but the food is good, out it on your list, and the building and area has a ton of history, amazing come back
They only had one person taking orders. There were three other tables in there other than myself. They were out of guacamole. They give you free chips and salsa so my order only cost $3 and something for a cheese quesadilla. If you want more salsa for the chips you have to pay. I don't mind paying for salsa, but at that point I had already left a $6 tip on my $3 order. I can't even get free salsa after a $6 tip. But I guess rules are rules. I wish they would put some sort of seasoning on the chips they are bland. But the good news is no one was rude to me.
The food was amazing and the service was perfect! Food came fast and there weren't any issues whatsoever. :) Dessert was so pretty ?
I had the Fiesta pina this time, but the food is always delicious when I go. Very friendly staff too
it's hit and miss. eat in usually no issue. to go? gawd no. Lost us as customers over it. Actually them calling me a liar when I called to complain about the mistakes was the reason. Pretty simple no raw tomatoes on anything. Each item was ordered to fit allergies. Pico de Gallo which is ON everything we brought home...has..tomatoes. Even the fajitas and taquitos we ordered no tomatoes, no pico, no lettuce,no quack,no sour cream.. nada. none. 0. zip zilch. so it having all the 'side toppings' mixed together is SO wonderful to try to dig off your food. AKA it's trash. Only a $100 order completely wrong. I'll eat the cost on this one .won't return. From 3 times a week to 0. customers can handle mistakes. being called a liar...not so much.
Tea wasnt very sweet at all. Barely had refills server was har to track down. The food wasnt the greatest little to greasy. I had the fajita pina and the alacarta mexico. Pina had a good taste but greasy the alacarta was spicy and greasy but ok ive had better more authentic places but ive had worse too. If u get carry out it may be a better experience but dine in i wasnt impressed to much so food was decent but service wasnt if the service was better id rate it at least 4 stars.
Forget my tacos on a SIMPLE order. Offer no compensation having to drive back 20 minutes. Will never go here again. Garbage company. First time ordering togo here also
Burrito special was perfect, not spicy hot, had genuine home made taste and quick service fit for a king. Ambience and several patrons added to a must return again some day when in the area for a good affordable meal.
The food is and has always been amazing. The service is good, and the Margaritas are the best in town.
