I would give 0 stars if possible. I waited 30 minutes for an online order made 30 minutes in advance.. the employees were beyond rude to every customer that came in and they were cussing. I get they're under staffed and frustrated but their treatment of customers was un called for... they couldn't make fries and when I asked if I would be refunded they told me they didn't know..i get home only to see that all 3 of the sandwiches aren't even what i ordered... not just missing things but completely different.... I will never return to this location

I have never had a worse experience at any restaurant than I just did at Penn Station Jeffersonville Indiana. The staff was completely overwhelmed and the manager kept screaming and cussing at them while he was going out back to smoke constantly. We waited 45 minutes for our sandwiches and they were all wrong. My husband is allergic to mayo and they were loaded with it. The manager kept calling my husband a liar and we demanded a refund then when my husband said prove the sandwich was correct, he told the cashier to throw the idiots sandwich away. We told him we were calling corporate and he said f you. Completely horrible date night experience

We ordered online and when I arrive to pick up I told them my name and one employee announced it out loud, after waiting 5m I ask if the 3 sandwiches on top of the oven were my order "they where" so finally I have my order and 2 of the 4 employeescan continue to play on their phones. Upon returning home all 3 sandwiches where incorrect. #1 was no lettuce and it was piled on melted in. #2 and #3 had no ham or mayo. Called the number listed and left a voice-mail "never received a response ". Submitted a email on the website the goes straight to the owners....no response. WENT back to the store and left my contact info and STILL no response from anyone. They obviously don't care so don't waste your time or money with this business.

Currently has employees working who have tested positive for COVID-19. The manager has threatened to fire people who refuse to come in to work, even with COVID. Management here relies on bullying their teenage employees. Disgusting and the restaurant is filthy. There are rats in the back. My child was employed here.

This location has things I don't like. Horrible Diet Coke. Consistantly bad several trips. Peanut oil fries make me cough. Slightly allergic. So forced into chips. Taste of mayo or whatever is not good. Not sure why I came back.

Absolutely tragic. I asked for toilet paper because there was none in the bathroom, and they attempted to hand me a roll. He handed it to me with greasy fingers touching the roll. No soap or paper towels. The register guy didn’t know how to input a create your own and employees were cussing at a lady who waited 30 minutes for her sub. Tables were sticky and drinks were out of order. Workers seemed on one and very out of it, not in uniform. Fries were uncooked and hard. If the health department came in, it would be 100% closed down.

If you want your overpriced sandwiches made by 3 incredibly slow stoned guys, this is the spot.38 minutes to get my order of two sandwiches (and they weren't even busy) from the time I placed the order online, to the time when they handed me my bag.22 of those minutes, the sandwiches were complete, sitting behind the counter, unbagged. I didn't even realize they were my sandwiches. But, after overhearing me complaining to my wife on the phone, they FINALLY asked my name, and bagged these orphan sandwiches.Up until that point, they had not addressed me once. No "hello, how are you doing, what's your name, do you have an online order?". Nothing. If, at any point they had even addressed me, they would have realized that I was waiting on food that was sitting there, getting cold. Both of our sandwiches were missing ingredients, but it wouldn't have even been a big deal if they weren't a room temperature, greasy mess.I've contacted corporate to request a refund. I've never done that before. But I've never had an experience like this at a Penn Station either. Either way, I won't be back to this location.

Worse location for lunch, had no fries available because the fry cutter was broken. Half the drinks didn't work and took over 15 minutes to receive a sandwich when 5 employees are on site with 3 customers in the store. Over priced low quality sub shop

Sandwich was superb but fries were soft and lukewarm. Repair person was working in fryer though. Seemed like everyone was in slow motion also. Might want to check on the ice chute on ice machine also. If you ever want a great manager let me know. ?

The large Fry were raw . Manager said I can come back for another one. I didn’t want to make a another trip back to the store. Then I was told by the manager if I want a refund i need to go online and request the refund since we ordered online. Customer service at its best !!
