Cutest little place. It was pretty busy when we were there but, service was friendly. They offer hand scooped ice cream and soft serve. Will definitely be back!!
My family and I visited this gem on a hot day. We had frozen yogurt and it was yummy! The staff was outstanding and so friendly! A cute little ice cream shop-you must try!
Strawberry ice cream is the best. Real chunks of strawberries ? its delicious! We love enjoying our ice cream on the back patio. Friendly staff as well
Great place to get ice cream or frozen yogurt. It’s located next to the walking bridge in Jeffersonville so after you eat your ice cream you can walk off the excess calories. The only problem I saw was no weel chair ramp going into the establishment.
We crossed the bridge coming from ky and we stopped by for some ice cream and it was good in this hot weather

I’ve been in this store so many places in the past with my kids since I am a Jeffersonville resident. We used to love it, Until today 07/05/21 . Recently a friend told me they sell ice cream for dogs!! I decided to take my doggy. I have to mention I have a little Yorkie, 7 pounds approx, he’s also an emotional support dog. I went in with my yorkie in my arms to get the order and ask in general since that was totally new for me, actually I had no idea they make ice cream for dogs. I went in and the lady taking orders told me they didn’t allow dogs inside that I had to get out. I was a little confused bc they sell ice cream for dogs but you can’t bring your dog inside ?? Very important to mention that my doggy is an emotional support , and secondly I wasn’t touching anything neither my dog since he was in my arms. I got out of the store and waited for her in the porch. The second lady came with two samples of ice creams and without any eye contact and in a very rude way, said “ this is what we have”. I asked her can you tell me please what do you have ? It’s my first time ordering ice cream for dogs, she said “ don’t you read” ?? To be honest, I never expected this answer. Her poor costumer service plus her nasty attitude, is not good for any business. This all happened in front of another costumers. She got mad and went inside. The First Lady came out to tell me the price of the ice cream and collect the money. My money. I asked her for the sign that says that I couldn’t get in with my dog and she refused to show me, in a very despicable way she said she didn’t had to show me anything, at this point I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I didn’t believe her. I waited outside for my change then. Minutes later a guy came out and asked what happened, this time was the manager. I explained to him and he apologized to me in a very polite way, he didn’t charged me the ice cream either. While explaining to him what happened, another costumer vouched for me and said she also was very nasty with her and her kids. This is very sad. I have to mention that the only good thing was this guy apologizing to me. Sadly I won’t never ever going back to this place again, neither my dog or my kids. If you the owner, really want this place to succeed, This ladies shouldn’t be working there with that horrible costumer service and nasty attitude towards the costumers. This is not the way you treat your costumers. I work in costumer service and I’d never treat nobody the way she treated me and my dog. It’s a shame for this place. I’d suggest you train her or couch them on this matter. Btw .. it’s the lady on one of the pics. I hate doing this to the owners, but something needs to be done. otherwise the place is neat and the ice cream is delicious.
Rude Rude Rude..... the old lady owner is Rude. She was very short and obviously having a bad day yet taking it out on customers. The young girl working the register was very nice. I did leave a tip BUT will NEVER go back...
