This store has deteriorated over the years. 2 hours after waiting for my order I checked the app to find that my order had been canceled, apparently the driver has “called” and banged on my door which was absolutely NOT TRUE. I called and then Morgan tried to argue with me only to find out that the driver called the wrong phone number. Then she says well what do u want me to do about it. The workers are underpaid and absolutely miserable so they don’t mind to be rude and disrespectful. Please don’t waste your money go somewhere else.
We're here from out of town, Canada. Papa John's was recommended by hotel front desk. I've had it once before back home and liked it. Got the pepperoni stuff crust. Was amazing! Delivery showed up early too. Very happy :).
The quality of food, the fact that the box wasn’t sealed, and the looks of the DoorDash “drivers”, made us vomit , literally . NEVER order from a DoorDash affiliate.God only knows what they did to our food. Get quality drivers or just go out of business!Disgusting.
Shout out to everyone at the Shelbyville Road location who was working night shift on June 24 2002!! I called to make a carry out order, not aware it was close to closing time. They informed me the lobby was closed but they could deliver which worked out better for me! They were so patient and helpful -and oh my lawd the food I ordered was absolutely perfect! I was so super impressed with the ordering conversation, the food, and yes even the delivery service. It completed topped off my night...for after I had ordered.... I started watching the new Doctor Strange !!!! Thanks guys!! ❤️?❤️?
Good evening everyone! My family and I just received our order from the Jeffersonville Indiana location and was half incorrect. We had ordered 3 large pizza's two were correct but the epic pepperoni stuff crust was not. The pepperoni's were only in the stuff crust and was covered in plain cheese when we called to complain we were pretty much told by management to deal with it. And that all of their pizzas come as plain cheese but you have the option to dress them the way you want. I said the pizza is advertised with pepperoni's on it and as an epic pepperoni stuff crust that's what we had ordered. I was told by management that I was wrong. Management proceeded to tell me that the picture has pepperoni's on it just for advertisement. Sounds like p*** poor employees in bad customer service that need to re learn there menu and what customer service really is. Not someone I would want representing my local community business the member of management that took my call also proceeded to get an attitude back with me and refuse to do anything about my order. Time of call was about 6:40 PM June 16th 2022 have a good evening folks!
Delivery times are absolutely horrible. Especially at night time. Several times I've waited over a hour and a half for pizza. It always arrives cold or sloppy or down right actually burnt.I'm not saying this as a whole for Papa John's, I'm saying this specifically for this location. Especially night shift after 10pm.
First, the website wouldn't work, so I had to call for my order. They couldn't use any of my rewards points over the phone. I called my order at 408 pm. I was told 39-49 minutes. At 514, I had to call because after an hour and 6 minutes, still no pizza. I spoke to Morgan, the manager. She said they haven't had drivers all day, but that someone was getting ready to bring my food. I was not told this when I ordered, and it was already 17 minutes late and they were just now going to bring it. I asked of she could do anything to make up for it, she said no. She could cancel my order or I could just wait longer to recieve it. That is terrible customer service. Then, when it finally got here at 525 pm, it was cold! I asked the driver for my receipt, he didn't have it. Said there was a sticker on the box. I said that was not acceptable. I want my paper receipt that shows what I paid for. The driver did return a few minutes later with a receipt.It was not delivered in any reasonable time. I waited an hour and 17 minutes for an order promised between 39 and 49 minutes. It was cold. They were not willing to do anything to make up for not providing the service I was told before I paid for it. Morgan was rude. I will not spend anymore money with a company that does not care about its customers.
I can’t believe my favorite Pizza place let me down!!! I Ordered online with a 35min wait time. When I got there, I was told it would be another 20 min. After waiting another 40 min, I Received a text message online saying it was in the oven. I Went up to the counter and the manager said it’s in the oven and it will be about 10 min. I Waited another 15 min. While others were coming in and out getting their pizza, I waited almost 2 hours. I finally get my pizza and it’s burnt!! The manager said that was their idea of a pizza cooked well done! This was a horrible experience that I don’t wish on anyone!! I’m never going back!!! And the manager on duty was not apologetic At all!! She could care less!!
Well... Papa John's store #1 on 10th street in Jeffersonville IN just lost some more of their business. I was treating the grandkids to pizza after spending the day at the Aquatic Center. I spent close to $50 on 3 pizzas. The PROBLEM IS.... one order was for an EPIC pepperoni stuff crust. Which was ADVERTISED AS BEING STUFFED CRUST WITH PEPPERONI AND.... it was COVERED WITH PEPERONI... I, on the other hand got a cheese pizza with stuffed pepperoni crust.The Manager told me that she DOESN'T CARE WHAT the PICTURE LOOKS like and stated that that was just to get you to order the pictureSo they are charging you for something that you are NOT going to get and.... That's bad business and FALSE advertisement. I expected my order to be handled by professionally and replaced with what I'd originally ordered... Her whole demeanor caused me to step out of character and she said to call Corporate and hung up on me.... and of course Corporate is closed... I was surprised to see all of the bad reviews and I'm shaking my head knowing that they are treating their customers like this all over the place and with their "I don't care attitude" it really makes Papa John's look bad. They're nasty and they don't care about the bad customer service and they sure don't care about bad reviews either.They just lost the business from Three (3) household here....
DoorDash orders are never ready on time. Always waiting 15-20 minutes after the pickup time for orders to be done. I’ve stopped taking orders for this location because I can make quicker money picking up from restaurants that actually have their orders ready on time.
