This place can never get an order right. The food always tastes old. Trash restaurant.
Ordered through the app and picked up inside. Took 10 minutes once inside to get my food to go. A big order taken in the line while I was waiting was served before mine (to go also). I got a Big Mac fries and drink. The big order had a Big Mac also. Now for the Big Mac, probably the worst Big Mac I've ever had. Bun was falling apart and the patties were so thin that they couldn't be tasted over the other ingredients.
Second day of going there for breakfast and they messed up my order again. The 29 of June ordered medium juice on 2 orders they gave me a small one on bouth and they charged me for the medium. And today after driving to the hospital found out my order was wrong again, ordered 2 meals of sausage Mc Griddle and they gave me sausage biscuit plus I had to tell the girl from the drive-thru that they didn't gave me my hash browns.
The drive thru crew at 3000 E 10th Street in Jeffersonville was on it tonight! One of the best drive thrus I've been at in a long time!
This had to be the most disgusting meals I've ever bought. I ordered a Big Mac meal. One I specifically ordered my fries with no salt, they were salted anyways. My sandwich was a disgrace. It was cold, cheese wasn't melted, no pickles, no special sauce, lots and lots of lettuce which was most of my sandwich and my top bun crumbled in pieces. The kids meals were mediocre. Just because the drive thru is busy doesn't mean I'm paying for overpriced food and then it's given to me like slop. What's wrong with cooking everything fresh and how you like it instead my meal went in the garbage. My visit was dinner time yesterday afternoon. I'm pretty sure I still have my receipt. I probably will not be back to this location.
The crew Amber and few others for breakfast is amazing people. Come here daily for breakfast since opened i think they took the best workers from other stores and brought them to this one. Wont find another with crew so respectful and food so fresh daily!!!IM LOVIN' IT!!!!!
This McDonald's is one of the best I've patronized. They're always fast and my order is usually correct. Everything is always got and fresh. I'll drive from the other side of Jeffersonville.
I usually order through the mobile app. I avoid long lines that way, food always comes out hot and fresh. Order has not been wrong once at the new Jeffersonville location. Plus usingvthe app you get special deals and points toward free items. Can't beat it !
I have been going here since it opened, the last few times have been headaches! The management was brought in on the last order. Idk why the understaffed couldn't handle a wrong order concern, but when 2 manager finally came they had attitude and spoke down to me and then became aggressive. My grandson was wirh me and started crying. I finally left without a resolution to the wrong order that I paid for!!Bad experience!!
Out of all McDonald's I've been to, this one is by far the best. Have not had a single bad experience with them so far and they're always showing kindness. I'm not sure of her name but there is one lady that works early in the day at the counter who is always kind to her customers and friends with her regulars. The food is usual spot on as well (except for the fries as of late, they haven't really seemed fresh). All in all a good place to go to.
