Needed some good fries...lol somethings never change....
Charles town McDonald's its Never good the foods either to old or undercooked the people are rude except maybe 5 people who work there it takes forever to get your food and like I said its not any good at all never satisfied when I have to go there its a last resort place to grab food
Sometimes you get a full fry and sometimes you don't. Mostly, you don't.
walked in for dine in, for late lunch on Sunday, very very few patrons inside, actually see a lady worker mopping the floor, unlike most. atmosphere pleasant and appears to be cleaner inside than most. A worker took my order and maybe a just few minutes later she came out with my bag of food. efficient and organized, unlike most. i commend this lady worker. my chicken nuggets smell like fish though…..i observed apparent manager lady with black hair actually directly the staff. thank you for over all good visit. if done in maybe give a tray instead of a bag. maybe check why nuggets smell like fish.
McDonald's on 10th and Allison- poor service and low quality. Short staffing. Night shift is worst time to get food here.
Worst McDonald’s everIf you go between 7 and 9 you better check the bag every single time. Actually you probly should open it up too and do a good check. Cuz you may get crusty old food. They usually just leave your food out though, that’s my experience
Horrible how hard is it to put extra extra mayo on a mcchicken with no lettuce. I pulled back around through the drive thru spoke with drew the manager he says I can get you a new one no thanks dont want someone to spit in my food so I never get it remade. I told him I just wanted my money back he had an attitude from the start I told him that's fine I'll just call your owner spoke to her last week he says I dont care you will. These are the people that want 15 dollars an hour but cant get extra extra mayo on a sandwich right I wish I could leave zero stars I go here almost everyday get the same thing youd think that by now the order would be known.
Excellent fast service friendly staff and a very clean store. I personally bypass McDonald's closer to home to visit this one. My main choice for west Jeffersonville fast food.
Stop in today for breakfast, order a biscuits and gravy, hashbrown and large tea. I get 3 nasty sausage mcgriddles, a sausage biscuit and a coke. To top it off I was the last car and only car out of the group at the time. Very disappointing.
