Absolutely horrible, the fries were burnt, every single one. The people working there should never work in the food industry or anywhere for that matter, its pathetic how you manage to mess up something thats automated by the equipment. Listen to the others when they say this is the worst one out there. Its crazy how someone can mess up an order so consistently.
I've always had a decent experience here. The drive thru attendants are courteous and they do an excellent job at correctly making all of my difficult orders for my 3 picky children. They could possibly use a few more people but aside from that, they do a great job!
Honestly, you win some, you lose some- it's just how you play the game. And that's how this McDonald's is. It's highly recommended that you not door dash from here during late hours. Early morning have long lines.... To be sureal....there is always a line at this point. They are short staffed, and many do not care about their job. Some do, but not all. Foods actually good when it's served hot, but the probability of getting fresh hot food is slim. ... Very slim....I mean it's really a toss up...P..s- forget getting ice cream or flurries here... The machines not broken... They just don't want to make it.
The drive thru crew at 3000 E 10th Street in Jeffersonville was on it tonight! One of the best drive thrus I've been at in a long time!
After a 20 minute drive threw waiting period, I received a large fry that could have fit in a small box. (Small potatoes right!) On top of eating them out of the paper bag the employee threw me. I found the fry shaped ice cubes to be in appealing. And did not enjoy them!... On the plus side... The tea was amazing as always! Oh and no ice... That's what the Frys are for!
Went for breakfast, 8 cars in the drive through line, nobody moving for 15 minutes. I call to ask if they are open, lady said “no we are waiting on people to get here” and then hangs up when I was trying to nicely explain their are a lot of people who think they are open. This is a 24 hour McDonald’s.
We sat at intercom to order for over 30 minutes. They were not busy! Literally 2 cars in front of us. After we finally ordered another 20 minutes to pay and get food. Never have i been to a McDonald's that was not busy and waited for almost an hour. It was ridiculous.
I enjoy your McDonald's location. Your drive thru service is fast and courteous. Your food is always at its best! I give a 110% to the young lady that takes the drive thru orders in the early morning . Way to go!!! :)
Website says store is 24 hr. We were in drive thru at 11 pm when all exterior lights & signage turned off. Line was very slow. I could only see one worker. She was cheerful and kind.
Absolutely horrible.I ordered online for curbside pick up. I waited an hour and a half in the curbside spot and I went in to get my order (after attempting to call for 15 minutes) Manager on shift ignored me for 10 minutes then when she finally acknowledged me she began shouting “we’re closed” while I was explaining I had ordered and was waiting. She told me “I don’t care we’re closed.” I asked for a refund on my order or information on how to get a refund and was ignored. A young crew member ended up helping me but I couldn’t get my drinks on my order.The manager should have been the one to fix this. Her escalation of the situation, screaming, and then calling me and my husband “stupid asses” to the kitchen staff, is unacceptable.After attempting to contact the franchise to letting them know about the situation I received no reply.The franchise doesn’t care so the managers don’t care. The crew and customers suffer for this.
