Jimmy John’s is my favorite food.I’ll turn down a $200 Wagyu steak for a JJ’s sub.Worked late last night… here at a part time job. No breakfast, no lunch. Won’t get off till 2000.Three point eight Miles away…. SMH. . .
This was one of the rudest food places I’ve ever been to. I said something to a coworker about it and he said numerous people have said the same thing. There’s a lot of jerks that work at this location.
The website said they closed at 10pm we were in a little after 8:30pm, the employees seemed annoyed that we were there. The soda taps were removed so my daughter and son sprayed the floor and themselves with soda. Our sandwiches were fine, though a little lacking in toppings than a normal JJ visit. The employees disappeared into the back after handing me out sandwiches so we couldn't tell them about the soda machine. Just a poor visit.
Have managed to somehow mess up a salami and cheese sandwich 5 times I have been there I dont know how thats possible i bet they couldn't make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
We order from this location several times a month. Our orders are never correct. We've had incorrect sandwiches, missing items, etc. The manager is rude and does not care about customer satisfaction at all.
Got my order completely wrong. I ordered a gargantua and the girl said she heard me say BLT. How do you get those mixed up? When I called to tell them my order was wrong they just said I can come back for a free sandwich instead of just refunding my 15$ for a BLT and giving me a free sandwich then. Think I am sticking with PennStation
We went to the window to expecting a #17 and got a lettuce wrap. The dude making our sandwiches was in a bad mood and took it out on us for some reason. Would not recommend. @11:24
I ordered a #11 and said I wanted lettuce tomato oil&vinegar and onions. Order taker repeated back the oil&vinegar and onions. I got to window, I asked if he got the lettuce and tomato too. “It comes with lettuce tomato and mayo.” I told him I don’t want mayo on it. He asked the line guys if they’d made the sandwich already. They had. Instead of remaking it, they acted like they were, yet when I got home. I had the sandwich WITH MAYO. Bad bad bad customer service.
