Ordered through the texting service. Interesting but it works. When I went to pick up, one of the pizzas was supposed to be a pepperoni, but it was cheese only. They apologized and made another with pepperoni this time. One of the pizzas I ordered was "thin crust".After getting home and taking the thin crust out of the box the crust appeared to be the same thickness as the regular crust. I think it's possible that pizza was made on the wrong crust.The pizzas all tasted pretty good. The buffalo chicken ranch tasted almost just like ranch. Not very much buffalo flavor. So I'd say I'd probably go back, but definitely not the best first impression
Terrible phone etiquette and customer service. If you treat people like that over the phone who's only calling for directions, I'd hate to see the type of treatment you guys give in person. Very sad and unfortunate considering how highly I speak of jets to my family and peers. Now I have to tell them to go elsewhere for pizza. Very disappointing.
Ordered a 8 corner Jets 10 last night. It was awful the crust taste burnt and it was tasteless . Will not be back.
A little pricy but worth it for the quality and portion size. I got a large pizza and boneless chicken wings. The chicken was excellent and the pieces were big. Pizza is what was I ordered no complaints. Food was hot when it arrived. Good job guys will be ordering here again for sure
I wouldn't even give this place a one star if I didn't have to do at least one!! Their pizza does not have any flavor!! It is too pricey for what you get!! People that are giving this place more than one star has to be employees or family members or friends to people there. Save your money unless you have money like that to waste and don't care to waste it!!
Update 12-22-21. I need the owner to contact me asap please. I did my best to handle the issues with Mike G manager but was no help & lied to me that the reason I didn't get an answer by phone 3 times after 9:25p.m last night since I didn't receive my payed for delivery order was cuz they close at 9 & the boy put my order in as pick up. Made no sense since your hrs say close @ 10p.m but thought ok I will take my food today for lunch. Well then Mike said even though I tipped $5 to driver I was still double charged for delivery fees? I'm upset since I payed twice for delivery fees. I was patient & hungry all night not mad til he lied about hrs & the fees. Thanks to your nice delivery guy for bringing me fresh hot pizza, my rating is solely on this stores management only, Food& delivery guys has always been great. 3 months ago, I've always loved not just the great pizza but the employees. Today I was going to order my regular 6 piece special but the boy Vince said I had to pay extra to just substitute my ham for olive making it $20 that's crazy. He wasn't at all professional in fact acting like he hates his job. Very disappointed
Ordered at one something and went to pick it up at 2:05pm. Said they were just now putting it in the oven because it wasn’t turned on. Asked if I could get a coke or something for the wait and the guy was rude and said I would have to pay for it. I asked when it would be ready and he said “when it comes out of the oven”
Well my experience at jets is a in and out type of deal, their quick and every pizza is great. very quality food.
Sandwich had two ingredients, smashed between bread. That's it. Won't be back.
Placed order online via their website. Order was canceled by the store manager because they were closingEarlier than I was scheduled to be picking up my Very Large order. Order was placed 3 hours before scheduled pick up. Didn’t tell me until 15 minutes after I notified them I was there (early) to pick up my order at curbside.
