We showed up with two other families. The place was empty and they struggled to find seating, sat us before they cleaned off the table, only offered the group menu because they “only had two chefs and couldn’t do individual meals.” We decided to let the kids sit at the long tables put together and they took drink orders from the kids. My kids usually only drink water, but the waitress said the sodas were included in the price and so we agreed to let them drink soda. Afterwards they charged us $3.19 for each drink which was for 24 people. Keep in mind that we had asked to be seated separately and billed separately. Not sure what they would have done if we didn’t know each other… our bill ended up being over $400 and we had twice as much food as we needed. They gave us ONE server and she couldn’t keep up. Again, the place was empty and they had multiple servers who could have helped. The one we had did not know the drink menu either. The total price for just the children was $50 for drinks even though it was “included” in the meal order.

Came in and stood at the front desk for about 8 minutes before the bartender told us we could seat ourselves. We ordered an appetizer and drinks. The appetizer took over 30 minutes to arrive. Then it took an additional 40 minutes for our entrees to be delivered to our table. I ordered spicy garlic wings, they brought out Parmesan garlic wings. I informed our waitress, Mackenzie, that it was wrong and it was supposed to be spicy garlic wings. She took it back and I waited while my table ate... About 10 minutes later she brought out the wrong order, AGAIN, Samurai Teriyaki wings to be exact! She said "I will get your check", what a joke!!! She did NOT apologize and I NEVER got my correct food. I cried on the way home because I did not get to eat dinner and everything else was closed. My waitress, Mackenzie could not even look me in my eyes, shame on you!

I was here about a month ago and it was ridiculous there was 4 tables occupied, 2 waitresses and a manager the food came to the table ice cold and half the order was wrong 45 minutes later. Against my better judgment I made a order on my phone 2 dozen buffalo shrimp tonight waited till the time they said it was ready picked up my order and drove 3 miles to my house the shrimp was terrible no flavor breading falling off and didn't even have a decent texture this is beyond acceptable they have lost my business forever!

Ordered the fried shrimp; 12 piece for $13.49. What I received was a basket of tiny popcorn shrimp that you would expect be served at a bowling alley for $5.99. Overcooked, chewy and mostly breading. Clearly Hooters no longer cares about their reputation. Tip: Take it off the menu so you don't further embarrass yourselves. Fortunately, the kind waitress removed it from the bill. By the way, I see those big beautiful shrimp you have posted to the website menu. So misleading and dishonest. These days you can't really expect 12 good shrimp for $13.49, so maybe keep the price the same and give the customer 6 or 8 good pieces of shrimp? Regardless, there's no excuse for what you served at that price point.

Ordered take out. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes past the time it was due to be ready. Turned out that it was ready but no one told us so our food was cold. Mozzarella sticks didn’t have cheese in them. Part of our order was missing. Disappointing experience.Bartender was helpful and nice while we waited.

We staying in the hotel next door and wanted something close by to just grab. We placed our to go order at 11:03 and was told the pick-up time was 11:39. We did not receive our food until 12:26. They asked my husband multiple times if he had a pickup order but then they just walked away when he responded. The waitress comes out again after our very long wait to say that there are no more to go orders in the back and there is nothing they can do about that so we would need to contact a manager. We showed her our order and she responded "oh yeah that one's ready." And then brings us all of our now cold food. To say that this was a horrible experience is an understatement.

Was a familiar environment like any Hooters, the waitresses were friendly and talkative

Last night I ordered 60 dollars worth of food. I called in the order at 10:07pm they told me my order would be ready at 10:30pm. I get there and wait 15 more minutes no big deal. At 10:47 they bring my order up, I checked it before I walked out and it was completely wrong. I ordered 20 wings(supposed to be all flats) a order of fried pickles and a order of fries. The wings were drums, pickles were cold and of course my fries wasn’t in the bag. I told the waitress it was wrong. She took it back and told the manager. They told me it would be 10 minutes as that’s how long it takes to make the chicken. I didn’t get my food until 11:20pm. We get home and the chicken wasn’t fresh, fries were rock hard and my pickles were cold. $60 dollars went down the drain. That was my 1st and last time ever going to hooters. Never again. I understand being short staffed but when you pay $60 dollars for food the order should be correct and fresh.

I literally ordered food from them through Uber eats and this is how my fries came. Literally so burnt and hard that you can’t even chew them. I definitely won’t be eating here EVER again.
