This place rocks! The GM Crystal Hess was pretty awesome. She helped us with everything. The store was clean, staff upbeat and friendly. The food was to die for.
Burger tasted fantastic! Only thing is that I ordered a cheeseburger in a bowl to go and once I got home I was annoyed because I ordered it with grilled onions and mushrooms and I got about 3 small pieces of each.
Well, if you like burgers give 'em a try sometime. I can't usually get 'em myself because my girlfriend's a vegetarian which pretty much makes me a vegetarian. But I do love the taste of a good burger. Mm-mm-mm. You know what they call a Quarter Pounder with cheese in France? A Royale with cheese! Now I was also happy they had sprite to to wash this down. Ah, hit the spot.
Overpriced Steak and Shake. 3 small shakes, 3 (if that was really bacon) cheeseburgers and 3 regular fries....No Joke $70. They forgot the bacon on all 3 burgers and when we said something about it, they immediately handed us an aluminum tray of clearly old burnt bacon which was obviously the tray they keep for mistakes but still considered edible. We weren't rude customers yet were treated like garbage and overcharged. For burgers and shakes, save your money. Be logical, and don't spend $70 on less quality than a McDonalds Double Cheeseburger. If you want this kind of food and atmosphere, go to Steak and Shake and save $30 - $40.
Staff took our order and was ready quickly. Store is a bit small and the front door gets crowded quickly. Tables were clean. Burger was how I ordered it, but I swear they are getting smaller.
Fast, friendly, delicious. Their regular burger is a double, so come hungry. Was more than I could eat, with the fries, which they're more than generous with.
Five Guys isn't just a burger and homemade Potosi cut fresh fries...it's an experience!! So glad one opened by my home near Clarksville Indiana!! It's a bit pricey BUT AFTER YOU SEE how huge their burger is (it takes me 2 sittings to eat a small) there is no question that you DO get ur money's worth!!!! Easily the worst one we've ever been to. We both ordered a double bacon cheese, wife got 3 patties, I got 1. No bacon on my burger. And the fries were so heavily salted you could kill an elephant by dehydration.
Order today for lunch before 1 pm on line, picked up my order that had the burger in it waiting In brown paper bag on top shelf! I walked in waited 5 minutes before asking an employee is that my order? He said yes it’s yours and walked off!! Omg!! Really!! I guess he could bother to tell me my order was waiting on fries!!! Finally after waiting another 7 minutes a women came out and said can I help you? I explained I did not want to pay $12 for a cold burger that’s been sitting there for I don’t know how long before I made it up to the store to purchase it, then I told her that the employee never told me that I was waiting on fries he just walked away!! She explained to me that they were waiting on fries and that my burger was not cold they did not want to remake it and PI should’ve requested my money back because she lied my burger was very cold running mayonnaise warm lettuce tomatoes . the fries were so salty I threw them in the garbage!! I’ll stick to the five guys in Louisville at least they are 10 times better than this place never to return oh and by the way the manager I believe it’s the woman she’s a liar!!!!
