I've eaten Mexican food in many states, even spent time on several occasions in Mexico. I'm new to the area and I needed a new pizza place and Mexican food place, and this one is down the road from me. Great prices and portions and delicious food. I had the El Sombrero Fajitas and it was amazing. The people there are friendly too!I'm glad I found my new Mexican restaurant.
The main reason I got is for the wing and they changed the quality of wings and the sauce. I will take a month off from going to see if this issue was limited to the past 3 time I have gone or if it is permanent.
I don't care for Mexican food but my friends wanted to go here. The food was delicious. The service very friendly. Good prices. I was surprised and would go back anytime ?
Terrible customer service. As I was trying to order a pick up order. The man on the phone was very rude and impatient with taking my order. He kept cutting me off and wouldn't allow me to complete my sentence. Then I went to pick up my order, I stood there for 8 min. before someone even acknowledged me. They all kept looking at me but would only walk by me and would never say anything to me. So when someone FINALLY did, she never said "hello", "can I help you?" Or anything. As I was telling her my pick up order she grabbed the ticket and just handed it to me for the price. She wouldn't even tell me how much it was, her name was Maria. The man on the phone seemed to be the manager which makes sense. If management is rude then there is no standard of service.
As far as service goes this place is awesome. Sometimes their food seems a little bland compared to other places in the area.
First time visiting with family. Server acted like everything was a chore. We had to ask for everything, sometimes twice including set ups, drink refills, more chips after ordering queso, and finally asking for food items that were supposed to come with the meal such as additional queso. Very disappointing as the food was good although it took over 45 min to get. Sadly I would not recommend as there wasn't anything spectacular that would lure me back to try this again.
Not to shabby. Food was good. Kind of let down did not have items for dessert my wife wanted to try, she absolutely loves the place.
Great staff and good food, only four star because the description on the menu doesn't include the size or portion of each item. Otherwise, they are fantastic!
Me and my coworkers love to have drinks and food at El Sombrero the service is great the servers are so much fun the food is wonderful this is the place to go!
The food and the service here is amazing. I love their homemade salsa.Definitely my absolute favorite Mexican restaurant
