We love this El Nopal. We live closer to another one, but have had the best experience at this one. We usually get the carnitas tacos and get a side of the shredded cheese to add to it. Delicious.

It's okay. I had the taco salad ? with ground beef and it was just kinda like puree cafeteria food. The shell was good and fried but the meat and beans are just so so. The guacamole was bland, like a mix. The service was great, ??, and very accommodating for picky children and super friendly, but the food is just...meh.

Good food...service was a little sloppy at first but found out they were short staffed so that was understandable. Very quick with food coming out. Will def go back again!!!

Love the food and great service!

Love this restaurant!! They're always so great when we go in, they've got good food, good & quick service & very clean establishment.

I am not one to ever leave a negative review... my husband and I door dashed 3 carne asada tacos each and we get them and they were literally just tortilla shells with steak bites.... absolutely disappointing.

What you would expect from the chain. Lunch service is hit or miss depending on whos working. Food is sometimes inconsistent as far as size and quantity. We eat here weekly for a reason, food is good and prices are reasonable.

This place is horrible. I wanted a Dos x's, "We don't have any Mexican beer on tap". I wanted the pork tacos, "We don't have any pork". So I just ordered three tacos. They came out, they were fine. I asked for salsa and was given a bottle of pepper sauce. I had to go into the restroom and get paper towels to use for a napkin. No silverware was offered, so I just didn't eat the other part of my dinner. I can't comment on the chips and salsa because I wasn't given any. The staff couldn't care any less about the people in the restaurant. You'd be better off going to the Taco Bell right down the street. This place is a waste of time.

The last several times that I had called to try to place an order they never answered the phone. Finally I decided to go into the restaurant and order carryout. The check-out girl up front said they couldn't take any to-go orders. There were several customers sitting down and eating when I questioned her why, and she apologized and said that's just what the manager told her. So I said what if I sit down, order, and then get a to-go box, and she said no, that I couldn't do that. I asked her if that meant that the people who were currently eating would not be able to take their leftovers home, and she said that they could. I told her that didn't make any sense why the seated customers could take their leftovers home but I couldn't sit down, order, and then put it in a to-go box, and then I walked out. Apparently they don't need customers very badly because they lost this one.

You can't go wrong with a Monica's platter, a chicken & rice dish with shrimp covered in queso. Chips & salsa made the meal even better. Interior was very nice and authentic. Servers and manager were friendly.
