This place is AMAZING!!! Regardless if I order at the drive thru box or online they are on the ball!!!
Placed an order for donuts and when I got home half my order wasn't even in my bag I will not be going back to that place again
So, I went there to get a coffee and was given a chai tea instead! I clearly stated what I wanted and spoke slower because he couldn’t understand me and asked me multiple times what I wanted! I don’t know the guys name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag but he was VERY rude to me from the start of my order to the time I turned back around to the drive through! He tried to charge me for the coffee I asked for then took the iced tea back through the window! I worked in food service before and you are not supposed to take food or drinks back through the window! I work in hospitality and this guy should not be working with customers! His attitude and tone is terrible for the job! He sighed an angry sigh when I said I want what coffee not tea. That’s not what I ordered! He even repeated it back to me! I guess he didn’t understand my English but that’s ABSOLUTELY no reason to be rude to ANYONE! I am very dissatisfied with this place! Nobody should go there! Their coffee is good but their customer service is TERRIBLE!
I think that this place has exceptional customer service and they work very hard every morning
One of very few fast food places open to dine in, in town. It was clean, and run well. Our food was really good.
Drive thru line around building today, so I walked in to order. Instead of taking my drunk order, I'm told i have to use the kiosk. Why? Yeah, why? It's half working and more time consuming than giving my order to the person who's supposed to be trained to work there. How do I know this? I ran one for 3 years.
Very friendly and fast service. Highly recommend especially if you need to get in and out. Wish most places would operate this fast and efficient
I wasn't impressed. We walked in for them to tell us the dining room was closed and we needed to go through the drive thru. We do. A few items on the menu we ordered for them to tell us they no longer had them. My daughter ordered a glazed donut and when we got to the window to pay told us they didn't have any more glazed donuts. My son in the car behind us was told they didn't have any donuts at all as my daughter took a bite of her strawberry one she had to get in place of original glazed. My daughter also ordered extra foam in her drink that she didn't get. I will say when I took her drink inside they were very accommodating buuuut overall kind of a train wreck. There was only 2 young kids working and I'm sure they are doing the best they can but this restaurant is definitely lacking leadership. Send help!!!!
Rude. RUDE. Especially in the morning. I always say good morning, hello, thank you, I appreciate it and they say literally nothing. I’m a big advocate about customer service and it’s not apparent here what so ever. It’s made me pay more and go somewhere else such as coffee crossing. They’re amazing there.
Horrible horrible. Coffee was good. Grilled cheese was hot bread. Couldn’t understand ANYTHING they was saying and donuts tasted plain.
