Possibly the worst DQ in the Kentuckiana area. Arrived at 8:53am. One car in front of me in the drive thru and nobody inside because the place is locked down again. The car in front of me is advised to pull forward and park. I pay and I’m also advised to pull forward and park. Here is a suggestion for management, don’t take a customers money and then advise them to go park. If you have a wait then advise the customer there will be a wait before they pay so they can decide if they can wait. Not everyone has 15 minutes to wait for an order of biscuits and gravy. The lady working is wearing gloves and each time she comes out to deliver food she fights with dirty and nasty looking the floor is wet sign so she can prop the door open and not get locked out. What’s the odds she’s changing gloves before making food again? Who are the gloves protecting, her or the customer?Oh and best of all after a 15 minute wait for food, it’s cold. So many other options in the area for food. So many negative reviews of this location.why hasn’t management taken corrective action to resolve the issues that affect this location?The last time I was at this location I ordered chili dogs, after paying I was advised the chili was in the freezer and nobody had a key.

Some of the worst customer service you can get! First time I went had to wait a half hour for an order then yesterday had to wait 45 minutes for two chicken tender meals to deliver. I promise you that it doesn’t take longer than 10 minutes to make the meals if you’re making them fresh. What’s the point of making everyone wait ridiculous wait times. Customers waiting forever but old girl sweeping the ground outside lol! Never in my life have I seen that.

Guess the staffing shortage has hit this place. My wife ordered a chili dog, a slushy and a blizzard. Two people working, back up on orders as people began waiting. We were on the phone as she started the process, and 47 minutes later and more than a few people driving off without their order, she had her order. The two people did their best but need more to keep up on a Monday evening.

The staff were very nice and polite...exceptional service by the guy who brought my order to the table. I would have scored the restaurant higher, but the unkept lobby area was a real downer...tables had crumbs on top and under the tables, the windows were covered with whatever and my shoes actually stuck to the floor while walking away from counter area.

I live within 1 mile of this restaurant and picked my 6 yr old child up from kindergarten we frequent this establishment with it being so close and him liking blizzards i pulled in because he had to go to the restroom and was going to get lunch for us but was told he couldn't go to the restroom until he ordered something. He is 6 yrs old so i took him home and he barely made it and will never spend another dime in this restaurant so so pathetic

Honestly just terrible all around. They served 3 cars before us and all we ordered were 2 Oreo blizzards. There was women cussing and yelling in the background when the guy was taking our order and when we pulled to the window he was cussing and joking with them. They’d probably get orders out faster if they knew how to act. Normally I wouldn’t leave a review because it is what it is but as a retail manager this kind of stuff is genuinely unacceptable. I’m sure one of these people working today are a manager and truthfully based on their employees behavior they should be fired. Yikes.

Lobby was closed until 2, we went drive thru and waited some 25 minutes for the food. My burger was terrible. I'd say this is strictly related to staffing issues. The kid working appeared to be taking orders, getting drinks, running food outside when ready. Who knows, he may have been cooking too. Hope they get these issues handled soon.

Worst experience I've ever had there! They were parking every car and order taken, sat there for over 20 minutes for them to bring out a medium blizzard!!! I understand companies are under staffed but come on!

Pretty sure manager or owner waited on me in drive thru and never once said thank you, barely looked my way, felt like I was bothering him.

Their bacon is terrible. All rubbery and half cooked. I’ve tried it several times. It’s always the same. It’s sad cause their breakfast food is A+. The people are very nice that works their too. I love the place other than the bacon.
