Soo I've had issues with both Dairy Queen locations in Jeffersonville, Indiana and the most recent issue was yesterday, July 10th, 2022, around 1:30pm when my mother and I went to this location to get (2) Large Milkshakes as I had the Buy 1 and get 1 for $0.99 and I informed the drive thru attendant that I had a coupon, and she was like pull around and we did, where we had to wait at least 10 mins or so because whatever was going on with the car in front of us, so the drive thru attendant scanned my phone and still said it would be like $10 and some change for the 2 milkshakes, so she tried again and still the same thing, I even informed her she could enter the number that's on the coupon into their computer for it to change the price, that's when her and some guy said we don't know how to do that and still asked for the $10 and change for the 2 milkshakes and I was like I'm not going to pay that when I have this coupon right here. So, my mother and I left, and we definitely weren't happy customers!!!IF they don't know how to manually enter the code from a coupon that's from the DQ app, then they need to be fully trained as soon as possible because I know many friends of mine who have the DQ app and visit that DQ many times.
When someone chooses drive through it’s normally for a reason I didn’t have a mask to go in around people and they say can you come in if I wanted to come in I would have chose in store pickup
I had a great experience in the drive through this evening. Although it was close to closing time staff was friendly and pleasant. Blizzards were delicious.
This location is really friendly. They always make my favorite custom Blizzard if I ask super nice.
I don't know what's going on with this place around 5 O'clock at this place. I can litrally be the only car in the lot and it take 25 min to get my food. That's after I wait at the speaker for like 10 mins just to have someone to hold on. That's probably why it's the most dead place around.
This is what they gave me with my full order combo meal then tell me they can't do nothing about it, I have no respect for anybody that works at 10th Street dairy Queen go to hell, and Michael quit acting like you the manager.
I always order the same thing. I never have any problems it's not a difficult order at all. Today it was wrong and when I tried to ask them nicely to correct it, well not even fix what they messed up, just give me what I paid for that you forgot...an employed yelled through the store at me in the drive thru. She argued with me and acted like I was lying so I showed my recipt and she still had an attitude instead of apologizing bc She was wrong! Very poor customer service on your part! This individual should be ashamed of herself! No stars today!
I love Dairy Queen! This location is great. It's close to home and convenient. The Food is always fresh and tasty. Ice cream treats are a favorite with my kids! The staff has always been friendly as well. There have been a few times that we have had to wait for our food to be ready, but a few extra minutes for hot, fresh food is a good trade.
Made fun of us in the drive thru for taking a photo Of my come and was rude when asked about a pup cup for my dog. Not a good experience!!
Only gave 2 stars and that only goes for the onion rings hot fresh! However your chicken sandwich sucks!!! I’m not a DQ person but eat here out of convenience close to work! Dry, sand which with no tomatoe, little lettuce, and even less mayo!!! Really DQ just take it off your menu !!!! Yuck!! ?
