Almost every single time I order here, the food is extra hot. It's mostly hot whenever I eat inside and warm when I'm picking it up. Their concrete mixers are to die for but I think I'm allergic to their chocolate because every time I get a malt or something my throat feels like it's burning. I don't have peanut or other nut allergies nor do I get allergies from regular chocolate.
Earlier this year I came here and had a fish sandwich which was hot and fresh but needed salt and pepper. Fries are always hot and crispy. But this past visit was lackluster. The mushroom Swiss is not what it used to be. The mushrooms were watery and bad flavor. My son's burger wasn't very tasty either in his opinion. He'd rather eat a quarter pounder. However, the frozen custard is usually good. The employees were pleasant.
Waited 15 minutes for our food in drive thru while multiple cars behind us received their order. $7 kids meal that says it’s comes with a small ice cream. Whenever they finally brought out our food I asked about the ice cream and they said it’s a coupon on the bag you have to come inside to redeem? WTH!?!? Then get all the way home excited to at least eat my cheese curds since that’s why we wanted to go there. Only to find out they gave me fries instead after waiting 15 minutes pulled forward and paying extra to substitute the side. Our whole family was very disappointed.
We love the food at Culver’s and we always have the best service! All of the employees are super kind and helpful, good help is hard to find these days but the staff at Culver’s is top notch!We enjoyed our dine-in experience and were helped by Brittney! She was very sweet and considerate!
Really crowded for lunch, food brought to table in less than 5 minutes. Ordered regular burger with fries. Both was hot, fries were good.
Always Hot and speed of service is fantastic .. Burger King is next door .. I look for them to be out of business or laying off employees soon.. When Culvers is Booming no one is in Burger Kings Drive thru... The whole lot to be exact..
Went in today for lunch with some family, and did not have a good time. Food was very mediocre at best and the staff were dismissive and rude, just interacting with multiple employees myself. The only good thing was the ice cream. Most likely won't be going to this location again.
The food is always good. I wish they had a better set up for the outdoor order line.
the burgers ? are so thin i could spit though it the bathrooms ? were dirty the burger ? didn't even cover the Bun
Great burger & fries, very impressed with the menu & curtious employees. Will definitely go back to try other foods on the menu.
