Our first and last time here. Staff was nice enough. My husband ordered a waffle bowl and when she went to reach for it fruit flies flew out of them. My ice cream was melted before I even got to taste it. And to top it off there was a hair in it.
I love the ice cream here and I'm a regular customer but the quality and quantity is always different. More than one occasion they gave me a triple pint container with 2/3 full and other times they get the ice cream flavor wrong. It's disappointing. I don't think I'll be coming here again.
Show up at 12:20 and the store is closed. Finally someone is in the store at 12:40, and says we weren’t open. Even though online and the door says 12pm.If the opening isn’t at 12 change everything or manager your employees. What a waste of time.
Had to stop by this location and try them out. So good. Estelle greeted and took care of us from waking in to out. Can’t believe they have “Peep” Ice Cream. I will leave that one to you guys and stick with my mint Chocolate Chip which was AMAZING!
NEXT LEVEL Ice Cream that holds a special place in my heart because it was my dad's favorite spot. This delicious concoction of coffee ice cream with crushed Heath Bar in every spoonful was a decadent delight that I shall revisit sooner than later. When I go to sleep tonight I'll make sure to tell my dad "I get it now".
For a $10 cup of ice cream, I just expected the food quality and service to be better. This is probably one of the more worse Cold Stones in the area.
How do you run out of milk when you're literally right next to Kroger?!?!!!! You lost a sale from me and who knows how many others.
My wife wanted to go here today for Valentine's day. Hours say they're open. Stopped there a 1:30ish. Sign says open. Another couple people were parking and walking up. Door's are locked. No one inside. Decided to do some shopping and came back around 3:00. Sign says open. Doors still locked and no one inside. No signs posted saying if there was an issue nothing. Just a neon sign turned on another showing hours posted saying the same. Thanks guys....
Great ice cream and fantastic service since this location opened! When I wanted 'Happy Birthday' written in our Choctaw language; their staff went to great lengths to make sure that every detail was correct, including the punctuation. Every visit the store is clean and well stocked. Although someone seems to have broken the women's toilet. The staff always asks about our points; if we are members and if we would like to use any points. This is great because if you're budgeting, but enjoy treating yourself (and others ?) you save so much money! We got a buy one get one free 'Love It' size tonight thanks to the reminder! We definitely LOVE our Jeffersonville location!
Very rude staff ice creme melted immediately didn't get all my toppings something needs to be done about this because cold stone generally has amazing ice creme this establishment won't last long if the owner or GM doesn't get new workers.
