Best customer service!!!! Joe is super nice and even greeted my son. Made sure he got a crown!! Clean, very attentive and order was correct. Food was also hot! Definitely suggest visiting and sitting down if you have time!
I took Kio Ater and Yuki to Burger King Store No. 22721 and we had an amazing dinner! Joe Z. (one of the managers/ Employee No. 618678) and his crew really took care of us. Kio whom you all know is Autistic. He is extremely picky, very vocal, and honest to a fault. He said his Oreo Milkshake was better than IHop! IHop is his favorite restaurant. So this was huge. He was even opening up and socializing with Joe which is rare. Yuki was loud, boisterous, and proudly praising everyone on how great they were doing. He told them how everything was 10/10. Joseph was patient and also complimented the boys back on their leadership and moral boosting abilities. We left with both my boys asking if they could give Joe a hug before they left. Their 10/10 became a 100/100 experience and they left full, happy, and fulfilled! This will always be my Burger King! The Burger King next to Meijer treated me with respect and was very helpful with me being in a wheelchair. I always have the best experiences here, and this is just the best. Went there this morning my food wasnt the way I asked for it, so I go back to get my money back, I'm told that since theres no gm there I had to come back 2 hours later. So dont go here if theres a problem with your food you wont get your money back. I did tell a few customers I wouldnt eat here because if your foods wrong you wont get your money back I didnt lie at all. Then I'm screamed at from the door that I needed to leave or they would call the police you stole from me call them. So just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.Edit: Joe the Gm did fix the issue and was very polite and professional.
Nothing special here, but the food is ok at a pretty good price especially if you use the app or online ordering. I prefer the Whopper as my sandwich of choice, and I typically order the onion rings which I think are better than the french fries. But to each their own!
The employees are friendly and polite, in my last couple visits to the different locations I realized the burger is not hot enough not sure why other than that their service was quick and efficient. We got the 2 for $5 deal and it was good They have a beautiful interior design as well.
I was going to McDonald’s almost every day for my son and then like normal the drive-through line was just way too crowded so I started going to Burger King and when I could finally go inside I got to meet the general manager Joe and what a pleasant surprise he was. Absolutely the best service I have ever received going into a restaurant not only was he courteous and kind but the service was fast and exceptional and I would absolutely recommend if you want the best service experience you’re ever going to get going inside a restaurant you go to this Burger King and you talk to the general manager Joe. I guarantee it’ll be one of the best experiences you will ever have.
This store was the best Burger King I’ve ever been to! Everyone was so friendly and the service was great. They made it a point to keep the store clean and make sure you felt welcomed as well as making my kids so excited to get ice cream cones! Definitely recommend going here!

This is the best Burger King around here honestly. Everyone there is very friendly and the service is always great! Joe is awesome! He always makes a point to say hello. There is another young lady named Aaliyah (sorry I'm not sure if that is how you spell it) who is usually at the drive thru window she is amazing as well! She is always so sweet and friendly and she always has a smile on her face. My order is always correct, I have never had an issue at this Burger King. Thank you for the wonderful service you all provide ❤️
