Ordered a to-go pizza, after an hour of waiting I asked for my money back.Coward of a manager couldn’t even come out to apologize for the rude service, his professionalism matched the service of me being a pizza after an hour of waiting. Taking my business to more professional places.
I love Bearno’s Pizza especially the Mamma Bearno’s! The service today was exceptional, I put in my order over the phone and they said 30 minutes and it was actually ready five minutes early. When I entered the store I was greeted very politely by a young woman and she was very prompt, and went to check on my order. She was back in a jiffy and she completed the order. I will continue to return to this Bearno’s Store as long as I am in Sellersburg Indiana.
LEIGHANN was awesome!!! We walked in and she was SWAMPED!! No doubt she wa sup for the challenge. With a party of 16 ahead of us and every other table in the place filled except the one we took, she handled it like a pro. She was timely, courteous and highly capable of handling this unexpected rush. She remembered our order from last visit a few weeks back and was completely friendly. She is definitely an asset to this location!!!
My favorite pizza. It's a little more expensive but still my fave. I enjoy having lunch at their buffet. Food is fresh and hot.
Had lunch here with a friend and the only person working was the GM but he was handling everything like a pro from taking orders, answering the phone, making food and serving the food! The mama bearno's quality was as good as you would expect from a kitchen with a full staff, props to the one man doing it all by himself!
They are so very close to having 5 stars. I've only had pizza, though they do have a fair share of sides. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and delicious! Toppings are full of flavor. The servers have been very kind in my experience. The only issue i seem to have continuously, would be the lack of training on how to split a check. Service is quick and efficient up until you ask to split the check then it may be 15min before they come back. Which has been the cause of me being late back to work from lunch twice. My advice....great food. But don't go if you're on a tune crunch and need to split a check.
First, online ordering not available, walked in and asked person at front if I could place a to-go order. That seemed to be a difficult question but eventually she said yes, she could take my order. I ordered hot wings. Fryer is down, so no hot wings or anything fried.Placed the rest of my order and paid. Only then, was I informed that they were short handed and it would take 35 min to prepare 2 sandwiches and an appetizer....I would not have ordered anything had I had known the wait time. We are traveling and really needed to get on the road. Too bad, our last stop here was fantastic...Addendum to review food did take as long as they stated but was fresh, hot, and very good.
Don't waste your time. This is by far the worst Bearnos. They never have pizza ready on the buffet. Even pre covid. You would expect at least some preparations for lunch. We have called days ahead on multiple occasions to plan work lunches for a large group and there is no communication of the event and no pizza prepared.
Delicious pizza, but operationally unreliable. I’ve had in-store orders take over an hour when they weren’t that busy, and I’m still waiting 30 minutes past the time the pickup order was supposed to be ready. Consistent problem. If the pizza wasn’t good, this place would be out of business tomorrow.
It was my first time here and I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and that pizza had to be the best BBQ chicken pizza I've had! My only issue was it was super busy and there was only 1 person taking orders out in the front, I felt bad she was trying to do her best and get to everyone in a timely manner.
