Had the Wagyu burger meal, second time we had it. The first time it was delicious, this time the burger was overcooked, the crinkle fries were the worse we've had at Arby's, tasted half cooked and like they had been sitting under a heat lamp to long.
Please fix your hours of operation.You all have been false advertising that you’re open until midnight for literally almost a year now..
Came to pick up a door dash order and it was clean fast friendly and everything was well and quickly put together.
*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣ I went by Arby's on 10th yesterday after work to pick up food for my wife and I. I was starving. I ordered 2 1/2 lb sandwiches for my self and a regular roast beef for my wife. Along with 2 large crinkle fries. I asked that the fries be made fresh because I didn't want them to get cold before I got home. I had to pull up and wait a couple minutes. I didn't mind. Especially because the fries were right out of the fryer. I usually dig in the bag and get some to eat on my 7 minute trip home. But they were too hot to even get a few. ( Not complaining). I got home, Got a plate and put my food on it. The fries AND sandwiches were still like they just made them. The fries stayed hot throughout the meal unlike most places where I have to hurry and eat them before they get cold. The sandwiches were huge! And we're delicious as well. I was so hungry I ate them both.?. Anyway, 5 star food. 5 star service.
It really sucks when you get a sandwich and the roast beef is not Shaved as it should be. Its cut to thick; its chewy, rubbery, slimy, gross. It ruins the sandwich and makes it almost inedible! More attention need to be paid to this critical step in making a good Arby's roast beef sandwich.
Arby's is by far one of the best fast food restaurants, in my opinion in the United States. States. Whether it be the gyros or the smokehouse or the boneless chicken wings which I had today, I suggest you go try some. They're really good
Everything tasted ok, but you almost have to size up on the fries to get a decent quantity of edible fries, and the rest is the petrified crumbs of questionable substance.
Horrible food. Ordered the King Hawaiian fish deluxe sandwich and macaroni and cheese. I was the only customer in the place a 3 cars in the drive through. I dint even finish filling my small fountain drink and my order was put on the counter. Barely 3 minutes max... no way was that filet of fish not pulled out of a warming vat and or nuked. It was luke warm at best and the mac and cheese was cold. ?
Went tonight at 8:20, lights were still on, so I assumed they were opened. Waited at the drive thru for a few minutes and then decided they must have closed earlier... In the future turn off your sign or update your hours, or maybe even put a note on the speaker.... I understand staff shortages but don't understand not doing at least one of these things. :/
The Arby's in Jeffersonville is delicious. The interior is clean and inviting. Employees are fantastic. I love, love Arby's.
